Amazing service and great communications! If you are looking for an honest contractor who really cares for your property (and your money), then I highly recommend Promise Land. They renovated several properties for me in Centralia in the last 6 months, including a single family, a 100 year old apartment complex, and several storage units. Beth did a great job communicating the details of each project and in each case provided recommendations to save money or add more value to the property. She provided a high quality job with at reasonable cost and in a timely manner. Overall I was very happy with how the projects went and I look forward to work with Beth in the future.

They were great to work with. Promp, effficient and they cheerfully answered quedtions and worked within my budget. They did my bathroom and are now finishing up my kitchen.

Provide a written list of items needed for the project when meeting with company so project requirements are clear. The company kept the area where the work was being done kept meticulously. The resulting fit and finish was very high quality.

Dale did an amazing job on my custom outdoor building! He built custom barn doors that I had requested, used quality materials for siding and accents and even installed a window. It took less than two weeks from start to finish I couldn't believe how fast he got it up! It was the best outdoor building in the whole HOA and everyone had to ask who built it because the work was such quality! I'm hiring him again to reside the whole front of my new home, dormers, roofing, and replacing insulation.

They rehabbed an old farmhouse and and it looked beautiful. They kept the old charm intact and found material to use from the same era. I appreciated that they were constantly checking in with me to tell me what they were doing. The also updated my current home with ADA accessible doors, a walk-in tub, re-did my bathroom, and put vinyl planking down in the whole house. I would definitely recommend them!
