+ -1 moreThey did not inspect very good. They were inspecting the drain field, and they told me that the septic system was almost in failure, and it would cost me $16,0000 to $18,000 to fix it. I went and got a second opinion, and they said that it was not in failure. It only needed some work, and it will only cost me $3,000 to fix it. I thought they were unprofessional, because they would not give me a complete estimate unless I was going to have them do the job. I wrote them a letter, and told them what I thought, and they just kind of discounted what I have had. I do not know what else to say.

+ -1 moreIt was a wonderful experience, there were no problems. They were very professional and I would use them again anytime. The price was reasonable for the work performed. They showed up on time, did exactly what they said they were going to do, and were very easy to communicate with. They went above and beyond what they needed to do to get the job done right.
