+ -1 moreWas up to an hour late each time, but it was due to either the previous appointment running longer than expected, or there was a plumbing emergency. Also, in the first appointment, he didn't have the correct ball valve with him, necessitating a trip to a hardware store. Everything working fine after each appointment.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced leaky water valves in rental property. Previous work consisted of removal and replacement of a leaky hot water heater with a new tankless hot water heater, and removal and replacement of a leaky toilet, both in our primary residence. This leak was due to the previous incorrectly installing the toilet. The wax seal was incorrectly installed.
