"I needed a valve replaced on my 6-year-old hot water heater. Harts Services tried really hard to convince me to buy a new hot water heater instead of just fixing the valve -- they wanted to turn a $300 job into a $3000 one. Getting them to do the work they said they'd do was like pulling teeth. They inspected the plumbing under my house and found leaks but refused to fix just those pipes. They wanted to repipe the whole house instead, to the tune of ~$30k. They offer a maintenance inspection service which sounds great but now I know that if they found small issues they either wouldn't report the problem or would refuse to fix it. They advertise that their customer service is amazing but you'll have to argue with them. I hate to think of all the people they've hustled."

Jason keeps workers tips until they ask where its at. Jason calls ahead for any furniture or valuables being given away so he can sell on offer up through his page and his lead carlos page no other workers get these beneifits at this company. This company is currently under investigation for such allegations by the utc and l&i. If you see any such allegations report the same. How do i know all this? They moved my brother and he noticed some of this especially the weed and im a former employee. If u want to work here jason will start u below minimum wage seattle 15 and dont expect too many tips and expext irratic hours and plz note the manager marvin picks all the jobs when he thinks theres a tip and the rest of the good jobs go to carlos u will be on office moves and stairs and hard to move customers.
