It never "went"! They did not return my inquiries

My experience with Viking started with the office staff, who are quite personable and easy to get information from. They came to my home (Mercer Island) to do a walk-around and estimate the cost of moving. We then set up the moving date. I told them the time frame that I wanted but they took care of the rest. I moved to an island in the San Juans not serviced by the ferry system (Brown Island). Viking arranged for the barge that brought the moving vans to my island, communicated with the barge operator to establish the best date and time of day (tides), figured out the correct size of van that could access the island and then I didn't have to be involved in all the logistics. They communicated frequently with me during this process to make sure that I was OK with the dates and times they arranged with the barge operator. This was a 3-day move. On the first day, the movers came to my home and packed up my house. On the second day, they loaded up their vans. On the third day, they delivered my household goods to my new home. At all times they were punctual, polite, professional, careful and courteous. I have a lot of delicate collectibles, and not a single thing broke. After they had unloaded all my goods, they then helped me unpack much of it so that they could take the boxes and paper off the island with them. That was a huge help to me as it is challenging to get things off the island. This was an excellent move and I would definitely use Viking again.

They were careful. They were prompt in being there. I appreciated how they moved around and took care of everything. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

They were very prompt and showed up on time and delivered on time as well. They spent a great deal of time and did a diligent job in packing the items that we requested them to pack. The owner of the company came back after all the unpacking was completed and picked up the boxes for recycling. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.
