I needed to have the gutters replaced. I signed and mailed the proposal/agreement, along with a check for 1/2 of the total cost, to ACM. After four months of hearing no set date for the job except one excuse after another, I finally evoked the agreement via email to S, contact/sales person from ACM, and asked him to return the check. S replied that he would only refund me, minus the cost of the material. I immediately put stop payment on the check. Couple days later I received a voice mail from S that said, “I don’t know what is going on. Please call me.” Um….. let me guess, had trouble cash the check? I am rating them F based on the following: 1. There was nothing on the proposal/agreement outlining the fact that my order would constitute a refund, less the payment of the materials ordered, if the proposal was in fact terminated. They made an unilateral decision to change the agreement without first inform me to get my consent. They made an attempt to cash the check, and lucky for me, I stoped payment on the check just in time, or I would have **** of time to get it back. 2. I found another company for the job and it took them three weeks from giving me the bid to complete the job (and for less the cost) where ACM failed to do, given 4 months and 4 days. S and company are dishonest and unethical.

Again, Michael Lambert's crew did a great job. We hired them to re-roof our home in April 2013 and they did an outstanding job, so we hired them again to install gutters in November 2013. All communications are promptly returned, crew and materials are professional, and they always clean up the mess. Highly recommended! Thank you very much!
