Attempted numerous times to get a hold of the Service Provider by phone and text. The couple times he has picked up the phone he has been very rude. He said he would call me back and never did. Another time I called he said he was driving and hung up on me. Today when I called, he asked "who's calling? and when I told him my name he hung up. If they are not interested in doing the job that's fine. I can find someone else; I would just like to know so that I am not wasting my time . One other thing I want to note is that there was negative reviews in February and January with similar issues to mine. For some reason those are no longer listed.

Other painters told us we would have to buy new shutters...Grant painted them with no problem. We love the paint he chose. The crew was here on time every day and the job was completed with a minimum of disruption.

They never made it to my home to even look at the prospective job. On two separate occassions I called them to see when they were planning on coming that day, and they would indicate to me that they had no recolection of having set the appointments. Yesterday I called and he said he would call back in two seconds. I waited about 4 hours and called him again but he didnt answer the phone. Instead he sent me a text with a picture of his car that had been in an accident.

The guy that would do the work for me is not available. We can not even schedule the work to be done. I've call almost everyday for the last 2 weeks.

This was an Angie's list prepaid deal. It went great. Grant was very responsive and set up the appointment right away. Elmer, the painter showed up on time and did very professional work. I would use the service again.

Very professional, high quality work in every aspect. Prepared surfaces for painting as needed. Taped everything off properly and painted to my complete satisfaction.

Grant and his crew did an excellent job. They were efficient...as little disruption as possible while getting the job done. Very good attention to detail. I would recommend them for any painting job, exterior or interior.

I love them. Grant Brown is the owner. They were very thorough, and Elmer who is on his crew was excellent. They paid attention to details. They replaced a lot of siding that they did not anticipate, scraped for week before they got to painting, and changed the colors of our shutters. It is a beautiful job. He is across the street now working so he stopped by to make sure we were still happy and everything was good. I do not have any hesitation to refer people to him.

So far I've been pretty impressed. Our experience with them is great. They gave us the best price. They prepped for over a month. They appear to be doing everything we've asked them to do. They are cooperative. They speak English.
