+ -1 moreThe interior work is beautiful. Some of the mortar has fallen out on the edges bordering drywall, but I suspect that is normal. The problem has been with the chimney. There was a terrible lime build up that started not long after it was built. I called Russ many times to try and asses the problem and he never returned my call (even when he was doing a job at my neighbor's house). Years later, I figured out that it was lime and now have another company doing the repairs. Once again, I have called just to get Russ's opinion, since they did the work, but he has not returned my call. Poor form. The mason helping me now things the mortar was not mixed correctly. I really don't know other than it has been a long-term problem.
Description of Work: Russ built a large 25' interior river rock fireplace and another interior, 4' in height river rock fireplace, and 4 outdoor river rock posts.

+ -1 moreTHEY SEEM TO HAVE DONE AN FAIRLY GOOD JOB. I NEED THEM TO DO MORE EXTENSIVE WORK ON OTHER AREAS THAT SEEM TO BE DECAYING. CHIMNEY THEY BUILT IS ATTRACTIVE.
Description of Work: REPAIR OF CEMENT AND BRICK WORK AROUND BARBECUE AREA. ALSO REPAIR OF BRICK WORK FRONT OF HOUSE.
