+ 0 moreMike has an excellent skill set, comes prepared with a full truck of tools and can trouble shoot problems with professional results. Patient and thoughtful, his work is excellent. Mike was willing to come for a day to help out with a stair installation or to come take over and project manage an entire job. Very versatile and flexible.

+ 1 moreOverall, the project went smoothly; I was provided direct line communication with anyone Mike referred to me for work, such as drywall guy, painter, electrician, etc. This last house project took 3 weeks in total, which was crucial since our move-in date was the following day!
Description of Work: Mike has done a couple of construction projects for me where he has lined up the contractors (great contacts!) and had the work completed on time and within my budget (reasonably). He is very knowledgable about all things construction, and has made great suggestions in the past regarding design, layout, etc. He remodeled my previous kitchen, laid hardwood floors, intalled gas for a gas stove, and re-did my entry way. He also removed a couple of walls in the past for me. He uses top notch talent in the industry, and he is hands-on whenever needed to ensure things are getting done correctly. He is very responsive, and when I've had questions about my crawl space, home inspection, water on the siding, he's responded quickly and with great feedback or suggestions. I would not hesitate to utilize his services again in the future, and I highly recommend him!

+ 1 moreMike had performed some concrete foundation work for me a couple of years ago and did a great job. I was in need of a finish carpenter and called Mike for a reference. I knew he had been in the trades for a long time, and I could trust anyone he referred. Mike said he had time to do the job himself. He did a great job. Some of the cabinets and stair parts came in wrong and Mike custom made parts on site to keep the job on schedule. Also kept job site spotless. Honest, professional and easy to work with. Great overall experience.
