Description of Work: We have had this company service our emergency generator for several years. Usually about every 2 years instead of the suggesteed annual service. On the last service call Brenden Ching performed the service. He was very helpful and provided me with basics as to how the generator system works and, most importantly, where in the engine are switches that disable the system when the coolant is low. With his information I feel much more confident in beingable too diagnose and potentially fix a problem with the generator. To me, that is important as if the lights go out and the generator stops, it would be unlikely that we would receive quick service. The company is expensive in my view. But worth the money.
