They just made the whole experience easy. They communicated very effectively and efficiently. Then, came out and did the work perfectly at a very fair cost that I did not see from other companies. I had issue with water heater and washer electric. George took my call and thou he was completely booked for 2 weeks, upon request he talked to me and help me on phone guiding how to fix. Great professional and humble person. He helped me on phone and now the issue is fixed. Saved me time and money. Thank you George!

We are landlords of a apartment complex in North Bend. We had a problem with a heater and I called Brookside Electric and George answered!! Its rare you get a real person to talk to and he was knowledgable, polite and willing to help. He had time to fix our problem in a timely manner and make my tenant 😃 happy. Thanks George for the excellent service. We will be calling again when we have a electrical needs.
