Description of Work: Steam cleaned tile grout, hallway carpet and stair carpet. Also steam cleaned brick walkway. All were very clean and bright when they were done. The technician was a very focused worker. He knew what his was doing. He did such a good job that I kept adding on items such as the hallway carpet and stairs.

+ -1 moreGarry was very quick to respond to my voice mail and was able to schedule for a day and time that met my expedited schedule. As agreed he called when he was about thirty minutes from my property and showed up exactly on time. I've used him before and he continues to be very reliable and very easy to work with; He is very laid back and puts you at ease immediately. He is also very efficient at locating buried utilities and explains what he's doing as he does it.
Description of Work: Garry located the private power and phone lines that go from my house to my detached garage; Dial a dig will not locate private utilities like this so I've always used APS.

+ -1 moreBill was excellent at his job, no time wasted. Very thorough. Invaluable. Please make a Utility Location Service category so people in need like we were can locate this professional.
Description of Work: This is only a location service for utilities, not excavating. You did not allow me to put this in a category that you did not have listed. Frustrating. Just like finding this service it the first place. Very few places listed and most were no longer in service. My water and electric conduits were located on the large property we inherited. City utilities only locate from the street to the house. When you have outbuildings they don't help you.
