. After the initial estimate, Steve came by a couple of times to determine his strategy for safe removing the tree. Due to the tree's location, this was not an easy task. Once we established a date for removal, the process went smoothly and efficiently. The crew arrived on schedule in the morning and worked for hours without a break until the job was done. The tree was enormous and was on a somewhat steep slope in our yard. Its branches reached over onto 2 adjacent properties. It took a great deal of skill and finesse to bring the tree down and to place the resulting wood rounds safely, without damaging the house or having wood rounds roll down the hill. Steve and his crew made it look easy. Unfortunately this business does not remove large wood rounds, but Steve but us in touch with someone who will haul it all away. Would definitely use again.

It all went very well! The owner Steve Higgins responded quickly to my request for a free estimate. Being an ISA Certified Arborist he knew exactly what needed to be done to expertly prune the two trees. The estimate was prompt and reasonable. He fitted my work into his schedule on the first fine day as the pruning of the fruit tree was urgent before it started to bloom. All the work was done well and he fully cleaned up after. Stephen properly diagnosed why the maple tree was failing and assisted in navigating a difficult permit process for removal. He offered a very reasonable price for a diffiucult job. He and his crew were professional, friendly and easy to work with. They did exactly what they promised without any problems.

The owner, Steve, was extremely customer oriented. He really tried to understand what we wanted done. As he was working, he would ask us if he was doing the right thing. He showed up on time with the bucket lift and spent 5 hours maneuvering amongst the big and small branches so he can make the right cut. After Steve shredded the branches and completed the clean up, he noticed a dying branch way up on top. Instead of leaving, he used a rope and went up to the spot, which is about 70 feet high and removed the branch. That is the sign of a person that wanted to do a thorough job. If he didn't do that, I would never have noticed it. He effort was much appreciated. Excellent job. Thanks, Steve.
