Description of Work: We scheduled two weeks before, but had to call them to ask where they were on the day of the appt. The gal at the desk acted as though she knew nothing of the appt even though she had set it. She did get someone out there that day, but they were unable to resolve the issue and we called in someone else. The bill came to us $100 over what had been said, and while we've left an inquiry voicemail, we haven't heard back over a week later. Too bad, the actual person who did the work was very nice and helpful.

Description of Work: Made initial contact with me and asked some questions, whichnI answered. They never contacted me again.

Description of Work: H&R is working for me in the installing of a well,septic tank, and excavation for the new home I am building on Newman Lake. My family has done business for years with H&R Complete and have found them to be thorough, knowledgeable, punctual,trustworthy,fair pricing, and very friendly!! Sara at the office is always prompt in replying to emails. Have dealt with Herb personally and he always listens to and answers any questions I have and if he doesn't know the answer, he knows the person who does. I would recommend H&R Complete and know will continue to use their services in the future when needed.

Description of Work: They do an annual septic check for me.
