Description of Work: I called them 4/17/2016 to have an estimate of repairing my stucco, he quickly said he would come the next day (4/18/2016).

Communication on job status could have been a bit better and the job clean-up by a worker was incomplete. Overall, we are satisfied with project.
Description of Work: Replaced leaking stucco on a window wall exposed to heavy weather and wind.

Description of Work: Had an estimate for interior plaster work for our 1909 Craftsman home. The guy showed up, was here for about 5 minutes, didn't take any measurements, and then said he would email us an estimate by the next day. He never sent us anything, never returned our call. I guess he didn't want our business!

+ -1 moreThe following week (since I had not received a bid) I called and spoke to Horacio who said he "forgot" but that he would email me one by the end of the week. I never received any bid from this company so from my experience I would not recommend or work with them in the future.
Description of Work: We had a scheduled appointment on March 27th which they were late to. I showed them around the exterior of our house and explained we were interested in having a drip screed replaced and our exterior stucco painted. I was told I would receive a bid the following week.

+ 2 moreThey did an excellent job. They cleaned off the chimney and stuccoed over the brick, painted it to match the house, and put a metal cap on to keep water out. It provided a great, updated look.

+ 0 moreSetup a Monday AM appointment for him to see the house, he forgot the appointment, mistakes happen - fine. He came later than afternoon, was very pleasant. Said he'd give me a quote in a couple days, didn't hear anything. I emailed to remind him and he apologized and said he get it to me shortly. Never heard back and it's been weeks.
Description of Work: Contacted him to do EFIS repairs on my house.

+ -1 moreThe job was started September 21st, but after 2-3 days, it started to rain. No work was done during the time it rained. Workers y were very careful to not damage the landscape and kept debris from blowing or falling into the fish pond and cleaned up site when the job was finished. They were very conscious and hard working. They worked long hours the last day to complete the job before a new weather system came in.
Description of Work: Contractor put up scafolding, covered floors, and landscape, Installed one coat of basecoat cement, Installed a fiberglass mesh on all surface areas to be repaired, installed a skim coat cement on textured walls and basecoat walls (filling and covering areas where stucco had come loose), installed one coat of elastomeric finish-sand finish (STO), with touch up and cleaned up the job site. Contractor also openned three areas with deep crackes to see if condition of underserfaces and see if there was moisture behind the stucco. No moisture was found. All layers in these areas were removed and new stucco added / replaced. The color match of the elastomeric finish was pretty close to the existing stucco color.
