They did a great job with everything. What's more impressive is that my aunt and uncle called with electrical issues while Best Built was working on our house. Once the electricians had finished, they went to my aunt and uncle's house to diagnose and correct the issues at little to no charge. We have used them in the past as well, and it seems that they always provide excellent service and truly care about doing things right the first time.

They were right there when I called. They came on time. He explained what they would do, and how much it cost. It was very good.

This is actually the 3rd time we have used Best Built in the last 3 months and we've been very happy with the work performed on all occasions. This work was done at an older home in preparation for sale as part of an estate. Baron came out several weeks before to examine the job and give us a bid on the changeover to the circuit breaker panel and to give us an idea of the cost to replace all or a portion of the switches and outlets to update them and bring things up to code. He gave us the bid and the work was scheduled. Baron and Brian, the lead electrician arrived on time, and were later followed by an additional worker, Kevin. All the work was performed to our complete satisfaction that same day. In addition to the work performed for us, I asked Baron if he might have time to go to an elderly aunt and uncle's to check on their residence as half of their house was without power and they were facing the weekend. Baron got the info and said he would try to squeeze them in..Late that afternoon I received a call from my elated aunt thanking me for putting them in touch with Best Built cause they were restored to full power. This was a safe temporary solution until they too could change over their service to a breaker panel.

We had used Best Built about 8 years ago for a kitchen remodel and lighting updates so when we needed an outlet for our gas fireplace insert we called them. Brian the lead electrician came out and did the install for $300. It was a difficult install which the plumber echoed but Brian completed the job and charged us his standard rate. At this time we asked Brian to give us an estimate on an upgrade of our panel and installation of a generator transfer switch. He recommended getting a service panel with a built in transfer switch so conceivably we would have all our circuits available to us and would only be limited by the size of our generator. He recommended a 6500 watt generator and even advised us where to buy the generator. We ended up following his recommendation and saved approximately $900. Brian came out a couple of weeks later installed the panel, new bonding ground, two outlets, and gave us instruction on the generator and procedures to safely transfer the power. This included a full walk through as if there were an actual power outage. His advice and recommendations were reassuring and confidence building. Brian also emailed us written procedures to follow to reinforce his earlier directions. Overall it was a great experience and we are extremely happy with our set up and feel secure in the event of a power outage.

Their business model is decent work at a decent price. Their prices are pretty competitive, and their quality is pretty decent. They are also responsive.

The experience went great! Brian was the electrician they sent me and he was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Even though they were referred to us, we still got quotes from other electrical contractors and they were the least expensive of the three. We also had Brian give us bids to update the bathroom lighting and install a hot tub outlet. This company was the best priced for all three projects. I hope to spread the word and keep them in business because we really want to use them in the future.

The owner scoped the job, gave an estimate, assigned the job to one of his workers and promptly left the country. His worker had so many personal problems, he occasionally did not show up to work, nor did he call. The job dragged on and on and on. When owner returned, I had to threaten him to get the job completed as promised, all though the deadline had already past. When day of reckoning came, owner came with list of days his worker stated he had been there overtime. We knew it was not the truth, but could not prove it. My husband had stopped by several times and found house closed up when worker stated he was there. Would I hire him again? Absolutely NOT; don't even want him on my property. He has lost at least two jobs that I had planned on him doing.

They were on time. Very polite. Top rate work. They can also make good suggestions for future work while on the job. I have never had problems with them. I would definitely use them again. They are professional and clean up after themselves.
