The work was excellent. Baron provided an accurate estimate and I feel he is 100% trustworthy and honest - probably the most important thing for a service provider. He was on time, he worked hard, and he delivered a product that was functional as promised, and also aesthetically pleasing. For future electrical work, Best Built will be my first call.

The electrician updated the old outlets in our home. He was timely and courteous, and answered my questions. He did a great job.

They did a good job. They're responsive and Baron the owner of Best Built he's personable and very trustworthy. He's fair, straight forward and really cozy on what's going on. He's very professional, he did a great job like when he's doing an estimate he really spent time going throughout the whole area and checking out what's going to waste to accomplish the work the best way. As far as clean up and everything you almost couldn't tell they were there when they left because it was really well done.

Fast, professional, fairly priced, honest and obviously very competent. It's nice to have an electrician I'd feel comfortable recommending to others.

I called Best Built on Thursday, on Saturday he visited, extended a power outlet into kitchen shelving. AWESOME guy, clean seamless job, great service. Easy price. HIGHLY recommend!!!

This was not a positive experience. He complained about Angie's List causing him a loss of profit. He installed outside lighting and then took a lunch break. I was as fault for not having the chandelier on time. However he left before the purchased time period. I found the chandelier right after he left but he stated he was almost home and he would have to come back but it would I would incur additional costs. I didn't feel he gave me the typical service I have received from Angie's List.

I was looking for an electrician to install an additional outlet in my kitchen, as well as repairing a number of outlets that were not functioning. Despite a claim on their website that they answer all calls during business hours, my call was not answered so I left a message. In addition, I sent an email, to which I receive a canned reply that I would hear back by the next day, which would have been fine. I never heard back by phone or email. Pretty disappointing considering the high ratings they have on Angie's List.

The electrician disclosed his rates over the phone when setting up the appointment. He was punctual and professional. After testing, he determined that the well pump breaker at the fuse box was good, but that the issue was a bad well pump. When he was finished, he took the extra step to list out the various 30 year old breakers in the fuse box that should be updated.

GREAT! I purchased a Big Deal from Angie's for $399 for an electrician for a day (7 hours) and I couldn't be happier with the results. It makes me so happy when I find a company that gives A++ service and that is exactly what I got from Brian of Best Built, Inc. Brian went over and beyond the call of duty for me. First, Brian arrived on time and ready to work. We did a small walk through and I showed him what I needed / wanted done and he got started on the garage - let me just say that my garage is a disaster zone and I wasn't sure he would even be able to do the work but Brian assured me that it was no problem and went about his business installing the outlets. He moved things as needed and made sure that everything was replaced after he was done. Next, He went on to install my outdoor plugs and even gave me a quick electrical 101 explaining things about the switches and outlets as he installed them. I had casually mentioned to him that I wanted the outdoor outlets to run a fountain on my front porch and he explained, in detail, to me that the outlet inside the house that he would be working off of it install the outdoor one was a split outlet (I think that is what he called it) meaning that the it was hooked up to an on/off switch by the front door so we could turn lights on and off without going over to the lamp. This, he said, would cause a problem with the fountain because every time the switch was turned off the fountain would turn off but he went on to work his magic and made it so only one half of the outlet was run by the switch so the outlet outside (the fountain) could run independent of the switch. Well done and thank-you Brian, by listening to me and taking the time to explain everything you saved me a lot of hair pulling trying to figure out why the fountain kept shutting off. At the end of his day Brian also remembered me showing him a motion sensored light switch my husband had bought but never installed in my laundry room. I wanted it because the light switch was, for some reason, installed on the far side of the laundry room and I had to walk across in the dark to find it. He asked me if I would like him to install it for me before he left ... which he did!. Brian was polite, professional, friendly and a GREAT electrician. I would not hesitate to hire BEST BUILT again or recommend them to anyone.

I call this provider prior to purchasing the "Big Deal" for a full day of electrician. I wanted to make sure what I wanted could be done with the deal before purchasing. I spoke to Baron for about 15 minutes. He told me about their great reviews on Angieslist, and said they would work quickly and do things to be as frugal as they could for us (ie they wouldn't tell us work needed to be done that didn't) which I appreciated as were on a tight budget. He told me that there were great ways to get things done safely that would save lots of time and money and explained in detail what we should purchase in advance of his visit. He sounded very knowledgeable. He also told me that they worked Saturdays (which I saw from their angieslist details. I appreciated this as I work weekdays. This was the biggest sell for me. I purchased the deal, then attempted to schedule the 7 hour visit. Once I did. I was told that "angieslist said that the deal had to be used during normal business hours, and that weekends weren't included in the normal business hours" I got a refund from PayPal, as angieslist never responded to my request for refund. I felt like hours of business should have been brought to my attention before hand, because the hours listed on their page are not the same.

The ground fault switch in our bathroom would not work so I replaced it and it still did not work. That's when I called Baron at Best Built. As several circuits were out it was important to get the problem solved quickly. Baron came over after a regular work day and traced the problem to a poor connection, I would never have found it! He was very responsive and of course knowledgeable. I don't mind paying for good service and this was good service.

I left a message on Sunday and received a call back the same day. The electrician, Brian, came out as scheduled and did a great job repairing the doorbell and switching out a thermostat. He also gave us some good advice about purchasing a portable generator. Almost the entire cost of the service was for repairing the doorbell, which had to be re-wired in the crawlspace. It works like a charm, but I was shocked at how much it cost to repair. Almost $500 to install a new doorbell I bought at Lowe's? Who would have thought?? If I were to need an electrician in the future, I would definitely contact Best Built because I am pleased with the quality of work they did. I would, however, shop around a little more to compare rates.

Fully professional on all work - Willing to talk with me (owner) to determine the best approach to fill my needs as the owner. Work was good and neat, all construction waste cleaned up and disposed of. A problem with the stove outlet was detected the next day when the stove was delivered - He returned that evening, after hours and on his own dime - Tested the circuit and the outlet and determined that the new outlet was of faulty manufacture. He replaced that outlet at no additional cost. I feel that I received excellent service from this company and will use them for any future electrical needs.

Baron and Steve arrived on a Sat to check out why our lights were flickering/surging. And to troubleshoot why some of the outlets were not working. Good job listening and checking the powerpanel and outside PSE connections. Determined to be coming from outside of our house and made recommendations for working with PSE. Found and reset a GFI. Gave other general recommendations. Very knowledgable, easy to work with. Would definitely call them in the future.

He was very professional and quick. I would use them again.

The technician was very nice, informative, and personable. He did a good job for a reasonable price, and I am happy with the work.

They seemed a bit rushed when I scheduled the service, but they did arrive on time. However, they failed to follow up with me about some additional plastering work which was disappointing.

Had a 240V plug installed in my garage for my EV charging unit. Everything was done quickly and well. No problems since the install. Will use again for minor electrical work if needed.
