Ron had previously assessed my bathroom needs and returned to replaced my toilet, replace my sink faucets and control mechanisms, and then my shower faucets with new controls. He also cut out an access panel behind the shower to facilitate any changes I want to make in the future. Now my bathroom works and I asked him to look at my outdoor plumbing after I found a problem there. These Guys are quick, thorough and a pleasure to work with.

Called Mr Olsen to make an appointment and he said he could come out today to make my precious time off from work productive. He and his assistant came out and went right to work doing even more than I asked. I have plumbing that works now and I'm thrilled.

I called Olsen Plumbing on Wednesday afternoon and told him of the difficulties we were having installing a new kitchen faucet due to the lack of shut-offs and non-standard plumbing. The fittings I had installed were leaking after I turned the water back on. After I explained to Ron that it was not an emergency, he told me he could get back to me first thing in the morning. Ron called a few hours later and said he had some time and would like to come by to see what we had going on. He made a quick fix to our plumbing, which allowed us to turn the water back on through-out the rest of the house. He mentioned he would be back in the morning with the parts needed to install the water shut-off's. As promised, Ron returned in the morning and quickly installed the water shut-off's. He was both professional and courteous. We plan on using Olsen plumbing in the future. In fact as I am writing this, he is coming back out to do some more work for us tomorrow.

PHONED IN THE MORNING, CAME OUT AND HAD MY KITCHEN WATER GOING AGAIN AND UP AND RUNNING WITHIN A FEW HOURS OF MY PHONE CALL.

Ron and his associate were very prompt and professional. They immediately assessed the situation, looked at some potential issues and found solid solutions in a situationw where I wasn't sure how to handle the issue. Ron explained exactly what they were going to do and why and returned at exactly the scheduled time. They exuded competence and their work lived up to the expectation. In addition, they weren't put off by the fact that I had done some of my own plumbing. I am very pleased with their work.

He was prompt to provide a quote, came in under the quote, service was fast, and follow up was quick when I wanted something looked at once the repair was complete.

Came out on a Saturday and gave an estimate of time and cost. As it was not an emergency situation, came out on a mutually agreed date and time. Work completed in 1-1/2 hours by owner and assistant. Mr. Olsen was pleasant and professional.

He provides 24 hour service, gives a 10% discount to seniors, and is a nice person to work with! I've given his name to several people, and I had a friend whose water pipes broke at 3am and he was right there.
