I canâ t stress enough how Croach is a horrible company DO NOT Use Them. Croach sent me to collections after the tech did a horrible service and I told them I wanted to cancel. The regional manager Don from Spokane had to come out and complete the job the tech did not complete when he was out here. I thought that everything was going to be solved he said that they were going to wave the cancellation fee. I said that I would pay for the last service. Then Asheley the account manager tells me I have to pay for the fees for them sending me to collections on top of that. Croach does not care about customers just your money.

Had two pats in the house in one day. John Mateus came in, reviewed the inside and outside, and couldn't find any bat droppings. Did find a crack in the chimney bricks which he sealed. Determined the bats got in through the chimney crack and then through the fireplace screen. He walked me through everything he was doesn't. Talk about customer service, he spent about a half hour and he wouldn't charge me. I would recommend him to anyone with a problem. R.P. Snohomish
