The salesman did not get back to me to let me know when the tech would be here. We were surprised when he showed up at 9 am to do the work. My ant problem was taken care of that day.

Even I was "talked into a maintenance contract I think it was a good idea. I am a senior citizen and don't want to cope with rats in my garage, whose door is open a lot. The young men who came to evaluate and service were prompt, and efficient.

I received prompt contact when I requested a quote. The person who gave me the quote told me that I would not have to vacate the premises when the flea treatment was done but when the technician arrived the next day to do the treatment he told me that we had to vacate for 4 hours. This was a bit of a problem but we were able to comply (reason for the 4.5). The technician Brandon was great. He explained everything and was very thorough and friendly. I signed up for the continuing service and have had one repeat service since the first. All bugs have disappeared including spiders!!! Highly recommend.
