Great customer service, friendly and punctual. David's is familiar with the weather and environmental challenges in our area, specifically wind and dust that can affect application. In addition, he is knowledgeable about product to ensure effectiveness. Tu David.

Croach has been taking care of the pest control at both my home and my 4-plex rental property for several years now. Randy is great; he is thorough and friendly and always willing to go above and beyond .

Rodents damaged insulation under house and they replaced it and repaired holes they chewed through siding from under house. Sprayed for termites and spiders. They did a great job and will be checking on a regular schedule.

I appreciate Randy Myers treating our home today for dewebbing, inspection and treatment of our homes exterior and property fence-line including removal of multiple wasp nest in the eaves and setting new glue traps. I always feel like Randy takes care of my home as if it was his own, and always appreciate his hard work. Today I watched him remove a wasp nest that I thought would be impossible to reach. Still can't believe you managed to get it removed. You can see the pride Randy has for his job and I can see that his goal is to ensure that Croach has a happy and satisfied customer. Mike B. was great. Checked to make sure the wasps were only in the one spot, treated that area, and so far, no return. Why I choose this company is that other companies needed me to sign up for a year's treatment plan. Croach did the initial killing, with the offer to return for $50 to repeat treatment. Far cheaper than any other company. I would recommend Croach for anyone with bug issues.

I am so happy Dallas stopped by to introduce himself to me. Perfect timing. After explaining what was involved and pointing things out to me, I was eager to get started. Mainly the same tech comes , That is nice to have the same person, but if they need to send someone new, the service is consistent and they always do a good job. Always let you know when they are coming and show up on time. Professional yet friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them
