Great communication and excellent Customer Service. I was a Customer Service rep for 16 years so I'm always scrutinizing how well the company treats their customers.

We have a severe mole problem. I am pleased so far with the results.

Ian came out for initial evaluation, so professional, extremely thorough, had to return to do the actual job. Then followed up by Liz in office to check in 21 days from service if any problems, would return at no cost. Every contact, even Chelsea who 1st took the call &April...very sincere and down to Earth

Unable to trap moles only treat the lawn with repellents and poisonous worms. For the cost of 460 dollars for three treatments, each taking about 15 minutes per session, the value to cost is poor.

Too bad I could not afford to add the mice protection to the mole service.

The technician showed up on time and communicated what he would do. His followup visit was also good. We still have one treatment left. I'm hoping the moles will be gone by then.

A very nice experience. Navid gave me a nice discount and Mel came out twice to make sure everything was ok. Another worker came out also but I am not sure of his name. He was also very pleasant. The lady on the phone was very helpful and pleasant.

The best company and people I have hired in years. Angel inspected for rodents, explained the process, quoted the price and had the office schedule the work. Work was completed on time with pictures to show the work done in the crawlspace. We then had air conditioning installed, and the HVAC techs created a potential entry point but said they sealed it off. Apparently, they did not seal it off, because we then caught another mouse. Cassy at Croach came back out and found two more mice in the crawlspace and suggested having Angel come back again for his opinion, which he did. He again inspected and sealed the opening the HVAC people created. That makes four trips, but they never charged more than the original bid. In addition, I asked Angel about having Croach lay a plastic barrier on the dirt in the crawlspace, and he said it was unnecessary and expensive. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience. p.s. the office staff is very nice and easy to work with.

We had Angel and his crew come out and do rodent exclusion with for us, as well as cleaning out and re-insulating the attic. Quick, professional, reasonably priced, and they did a great job.

I like that they come to home and give quotes rather than giving the cost without seeing your home.

The service technician was fast and friendly,

Had a service rep come out and talk me through what could be done. I was a little let down that the person who scheduled my estimate told me they did rodent damage repairs, but they don't for my type of house so I'll have to hire another company to do that. I was hoping to do it all in one instead of having to call around to multiple companies for more estimates and home appointments. Otherwise I was happy with the service plan I was offered and can't wait to get my sanity back.

Both Eli and the new tech that came this week are both very professional and effective in dealing with the carpenter ants that have been in the house and outside the front door.

The project manager was Cassie Anderson. Friendly, personable and answered all of our questions. Quick response. Quick estimate, Scheduled the project, arrived when that said they would. Completed what they said when they said they would be. Cleaned up after the project was complete. Great work.

We signed up for quarterly inspections. Each technician has been pleasant and professional, providing a detailed description of products used and areas treated.

Eli was the onsite tech, and his knowledge and professionalism went a long way.
