Worst service. Did not show up on time or not at all several times. No phone call to say they were going to be late. Work done was poor. They did not do what they said they were going to do. Had to have them come back several times at my insistence to complete work. Would never recommend them to anyone

I previously wrote a 5 star review for this company primarily based on how nice the employees were to work with. I hired them to remove a hornet's nest. I am now changing that to a 0 star rating. Terrible service. They did not completely do the job I hired them to do. Total waste of money. Do not believe the satisfaction guarantee. Do not use this company for help with bees/hornets. Terrible.

We are very happy with the value for the service. We now have them come out monthly to check for pests under the house and we opted to have them spray for insects as well. Excellent service!

Dave was very helpful in pointing out where the mice are getting into the crawl space and even marked them so I could plug them myself, since they were not very extensive. This saved a huge upfront cost.

Kevin was very very courteous and knowledgeable. Was not pushy to make a sale and let us know our options. Brian the tech who came out to do the first treatment was real sweetheart.....I can say this because I am a 74 year old woman......ha ha

Really good customer service, David the sales inspector was thorough inspecting the house and letting me know the options to get rid of the ants. Steven the technician was a thorough too got to work quickly and answer all my questions. He call to come earlier because of an opening. They keep me inform all the way through the process. I will highly recommend this company.
