The first day they came to see our problem, He called his company and another working crew was just in the area, so when they finished that job they came right over to ours. Quick service and very friendly to work with.

They came right out to assess my Bee problem. They made the appointment right there and were here and done before I got home. They removed 4 nests and sprayed an area of concern and all around the front and under the eve's. Quick, efficient and very friendly. Thanks Croach!!

Other companies quoted $250-$700 to do any inspection. So I was very surprised that Croach provided an on-site inspection free of charge! However, I was still skeptical that my on-site inspection would actually be free when it was all said and done but it was! There was no pressure to commit to or agree to any contract for services. I received one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had with any company. Steve arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. He was very knowledgeable, personable, professional and proficient. He was very patient and took additional time in answering my numerous questions. Fortunately, I did not have a rat/rodent problem or any other pest problem. Since my home is now 15 years old, I felt though now is the time to have routine preventive services. Very professional. Steven Hudak evaluated the situation and determined where the rodents gained access. He returned two days later to seal the access points, lay traps and outside bait traps. He has returned twice since to clear traps. Steven spent time educating me and redeploying traps. I highly recommend Croach for professionalism, responsiveness and friendliness.

They set traps and sealed areas where rodents could get under my house. The service provider said he would use mesh instead of spray foam which was a better solution.
