Mike Smith is a very nice and with rich experience guy. He gave me a lot of good advice. His workers worked professionally and cleaned up all the work areas. I am very satisfied with the job. And I will refer him to my friends.

Mike gave me some great (and free!) advice on my window reglazing project. He took his time on Saturday to walk me through the window types, materials, and other details and painted a detailed picture for me. While he does not offer this service, I know who I'm going to contract if I need to replace my windows. Thank you Mike - you are a true professional! Igor

We had a wonderful experience with Mike and his team! Our neighbors who used Superior to replace their windows, made the recommendation. We were able to go under contract, receive the order and have 14 windows replaced/installed within less than 3 weeks. Mike's installers were wonderful with numerous years in the business you can tell they took pride in the product and quality of how they installed the windows. Great guys, just coming to get the job done with the best of intentions. One of the installers Jim, showed us where one of the previous windows wasn't even completely covering the window frame, allowing air to enter and heat to escape. I was impressed with those little details being brought to our attention! If you want a quality window product with great service, please use these guys! I can see why they are accredited with PUD for over 20 yrs!! We're very happy with our experience with Superior Glass!!

Had Mike come look at our windows with intent to replace some of them. He called to tell me he was running a few minutes late (not a block of time but an exact time - how rare is that!). He was great about giving me info and recommended that we not replace them but get existing windows repaired instead. Wow! Blown away that he would trade the sale for honest recommendation in the best interest of customer.

Mike was extremely helpful when I called him with a few general questions about reducing the draft/noise coming from a couple of our skylights. After a few questions, he let me know it was a relatively simple job and educated me as to what I would need to do to fix the problem. His advice and honestly allowed me to save a lot of money, time, and headache. After a quick trip to the hardware store and about ten dollars of materials, no draft & no noise. He easily could have come out to do the work himself and appropriately charged for material & labor (maybe a couple hundred dollars), but instead was straight forward with what was really needed and has since won over a customer for life. One of the panes on our double pane tempered glass skylight shattered the other night in our kids bathroom. I called around to several roofing companies, but all of them were busy, and/or only replaced skylights as part of roofing jobs. I called Mike @ Superior Glass, and he had a used skylight he sold me for $250, which they came and installed 2 days later. Much appreciate the prompt service, it looks great, and it saved me serious $$$.

We needed five skylights and two new sets of French doors. Mike & his crew were wonderful.

The quote was the most reasonable and the quality of work was impeccable. His crew replaced all the windows in one day and cleaned up after themselves. Our condo association has strict color and appearance specifications for replacement windows and Mike's work left cause for complaint. A few weeks ago I managed to jam one of the windows through my own fault (I slid it open it too hard). I called Mike and he agreed to drive down and fixed my window the very next day. He also refused to accept any payment for his trouble. Recommended with no hesitations.

Everything was completed in one day and a year later every installation excellent.
