From start, meeting with the sales technician (Matt) who was willing to meet with us twice, never tried to "sell" us on it, to installation (we are fortunate to live 5 minutes from the office) which took Andrew and crew one day, to finish total clean up and to the tutorial making sure we received a thorough explanation of the new system, this was a breeze of a process and all the seatown staff from the techs to the office support were very professional and helpful. Now we have a new furnace, heat pump and thermostat that will work together to keep our home comfy. Plus we got a filtration system that eliminates dust in the air and other pollutants making the air in air house more healthy to breathe. Our first experience with Seatown was service of our gas fireplace. It had gone out over the summer and I wasn't sure how to get it re-lit. I asked them to come to assess our situation to see if a heat pump would work in our house and even though they don't do gas fire places, they were willing to figure it out and it was lit.

Excellent, very pleased with the work. Estimate process was quick, follow up communication was timely. Techs were punctual and completed the work in a small time frame.

Technicians are attentive, respective and efficient. They provide great service and are personable.

I'm not sure what to say here except I'm FED UP with dealing with companies that don't have straight forward pricing and try to screw you over at any opportunity. I had 2 toilets rebuilt several months ago which cost over $185 each. At the time, I thought this price was outrageous but needed to get the toilets fixed to stop water running incessantly so I agreed. This last visit the same SeaTown plumber quoted a price of over $600 to rebuild one toilet. When I asked why it was more expensive by such an incredible amount, he said "oh, I only replaced the flapper on the toilets last time". This was NOT true, and we walked upstairs together and verified this. He then looked up the invoice from his last visit and said he'd "match the last price"... as if $185 was a deal to install less than $50 in parts. As a woman homeowner, this experience only confirms my worst beliefs that I'll be charged outrageous prices for simple home repair items if my husband is not home to deal with the technician. I'm completely mortified by the experience and likely will NOT do business with SeaTown again. On a previous visit to fix an outdoor faucet, the same plumber told me there was no problem with the faucet despite nearly zero water flow. He only tested the water pressure not the flow rate. After his visit, I diagnosed this issue with Google's help and tested the flow rate myself. I couldn't even fill a five gallon bucket in 15 minutes, so clearly there was a problem. With this info, I rescheduled the repair. I'm sure the price charged on this repair was also too high, but it finally got fixed. If women are so dumb, plumbers think they can take advantage of them, how did I diagnose my own plumbing issue??! SeaTown, please join us in the 21st century where customers are treated fairly, equally, and respectfully, without gouging us on prices.

Awesome service. They were able to come on short notice, found the clog in the drain leading to the sewer, cleaned it out, and tested to ensure water was flowing freely. Jason did a fabulous job at a very reasonable price. Will definitely hire again should the need arise.

Colby and Seatown Electric did an outstanding job and got the job done early, communicated well and it all works. No issues and I would use them again.

I asked for someone to come and find out what was causing our ceiling light to flicker. Technician Colby determined we still have some knob and tube wiring that was causing LED lights not to work consistently. He also checked our electrical outlets and other light fixtures and determined most of the rest of our wiring is ok. He was here to troubleshoot. Someone will need to return to do the work later.

Seatown is a well-oiled machine! From the start (estimate of costs) to the final installation and safety checks I knew I picked the right company to do my generator project. All employees that were involved were knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly and in a way that made sense to me. I plan to use this company again.

Sean was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to educate me on my home during his visit. This was a very small job and while I know there’s minimums, I found their price to still be a little high for the job. I’d expect this to be less the case with a larger job.

Received a plumbing only estimate for a master bathroom remodel (107 sqft) and it was $22,000! I asked for a detailed breakdown of time and materials and was told they don't do that. I have had other estimates coming in for $4,000 with detailed breakdowns. I would stay clear of any contractor that denies the customer a breakdown of their services. What a sham and shame.
