Team called to ahead to let us know when they'd arrive and then showed up right on time. Using an Angie's List big deal, they installed an electrical outlet in our firebox as requested. Kept the adjacent areas very clean and completely removed any dust/mess created. Inspected a wall sconce that wasn't working and outlined a good plan for an easily triggered breaker. Work was completed quickly/efficiently and all seems to be working fine. Provided a bid for some landscape lighting we are considering. Very professional and courteous. Would use again in the future.

My experience was top-notch from beginning to end. The woman who answered the phone was professional and helpful when I called needing help with an outlet that wasn't working and runs my washing machine. When I asked for a same day appointment, she offered to check if there were any service calls in my area. She called back to say she hadn't forgotten me and was still checking. Then she called to say a serviceperson could help me that day. Thomas arrived neatly dressed and politely took his shoes off before entering. He quickly diagnosed the issue and went to work. It got a little ugly when I had to empty the fridge and freezer of ALL its contents so he could work on the outlet behind it. He was patient and helpful and quickly solved the problem. The price was very reasonable. I'm always going to call SeaTown Electric when I need an electrician!

I bought an Angies List special for $79, worth $249 worth of electrical work. I had a switch and outlets that weren't working since I attempted some home repair, and wanted professionals to fix it so I didn't make things worse. I purchased on a Thursday, and the ad said somebody would call by Monday -- they called within 2 hours and arranged an appointment. Very prompt and friendly. The electrician arrived on time (actually early), with a phone call to let me know they were on the way. They took their shoes off and were respectful of my house. They found the issue quickly and fixed it in under half an hour, then checked the entire house and asked if there were any other issues I wanted them to work on, since I had some value left. Everything was extremely professional and personable, and my wiring issues are all fixed. I wasn't sure if it was a simple issue, or something more serious -- it would have been very easy for them to say it required more work and charged me more, or leave without offering me full value for my money, but everything was great. Couldn't be more happy.

They called to see if it was possible to come by early, which was fine with me. They showed up on time, introduced themselves and I showed them the things I needed done. I appreciate the fact that they were on time and got right to work. Brandon was very helpful . In fact I am going to have them come back and do few more things for me. The cost was very reasonable. First time I used Angie's list and what a good first impression. Ready to have more things done.

We had a misunderstanding about the work to be done and their guys were super professional about it and went above and beyond to correct it. Really, they did more to correct it than I ever would have expected. Very professional, first class. I'd strongly recommend these guys.

Everything went great. Purchased a big deal for some discounted electrical work. I knew what I was getting done would be above the discounted offer. That said, their prices were very reasonable. Brandon showed up on time, worked up a detailed estimate quickly and also provide good consultation on some things that needed to be done and didnt need to be done. The work was preformed efficiently, and he even cleaned up well... which is something most electricians aren't know for doing well. I would definitely use them again if I needed and recommend their services.

Brandon and John came out on time. They spent about 1.5 hrs troubleshooting all the outlets to see what was going on. They are 3rd electrician that came out to look at it, but they were the only ones who found what that issue was. I was very happy and I was so happy I called them.

I was extremely pleased with the work SeaTown electric did on my house. I had recently upgraded my panel for a couple thousand dollars (by another electrician), but some of the outlets still continued to overload. Brandon & Thomas of Seatown fixed all the lights and outlets in my home. They also installed three new bathroom lights and a fan. All for very reasonable prices, extremely professional and timely. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They provided solid advice and recommendations that will prevent our house from burning down, as it almost did. They were actually very punctual and provided excellent communication. Brandon was great and fixed everything really quick and explained a lot of what happened with our melted outlet. Brandon, who owns Seatown Electric and Thomas, did a great job. They started promptly each morning, worked hard each day and finished the job, right when they said they would. They informed me of various options in rewiring my house, but never pressured me to do anything. Brandon was very knowledgable, and easily answered all my questions. I was quite pleased with how few repairs to the walls that I had to do. Another company told me that there would be a lot more repair work to do. I just needed to patch a few small holes in the sheetrock, this was easy to do. They were neat, and cleaned up after themselves. I have already recommended them to my neighbor, who asked me, if I knew a good electrician.

I have used Brandon twice. Both times went smoothly.
