Seatown Electric sent an electrician to my house within an hour of my call. He checked the circuit and found everything to be in good order. They waived any fee for this service.

The work was scheduled within a week of the problem determination. The work went smooth and they were very professional and worked with the tenants schedule. I was happy with their services and used them again for another job that was performed for around $100.

Brandon arrived in fresh crisp clothes, but didn't hesitate to crawl behind walls and under bushes and all over the yard tracing the failure spot in our outdoor lighting. He was friendly, but kept methodically on the job, and finally solved the mystery that had troubled us for years. Expert and professional. We have referred to a friend.

The electrician, I don't remember his name, was delayed arriving due to a serious vehicle accident that had traffic on the main highway blocked in both directions. He called several times to keep me apprised of his progress getting to my home. He arrived within a half an hour of when he first called to say he was on his way. We discussed the problem. I showed him the troubling outlet. He told me what he thought the problem was and set about repairing it. It was indeed the issue he thought it was. I was pleased with the work he did, his courteousness, and professionalism.

Thomas called prior to arrival and informed me that he was going to be there at the specified time. Once he arrived he asked what work I wanted performed. Once I let him know, he went on to give me an estimate. No pressure conversation. The estimate was fair. He started work and informed me he was going to get someone else to help him. Introduced me to him when he was at home. Work completed in the estimated timeframe. Tested out his work and let me know he was done. Overall an extremely pleasant experience. Very Professional. Definately Recommended !!!

We had a bathroom fan that suddenly wouldn't turn even after replacing the switch. Sea town came in and wired the switch to correctly be two way (instead of 3), and replaced the motor of the bathroom fan (which I previously purchased anyway since the fan was getting noisy). They were quick, efficient, and did a fine job. Would definitely use them again for other electric issues in the future.

He was on time and knowledgeable and friendly.

Brandon responded promptly to my request for a bid, and was able to schedule the work within the next 2 weeks. This is an old 1909 house that had some earlier electrical upgrading. Brandon was able to stage the rewire efficiently, and he shared that the living room was one of the more challenging rewiring spaces he has worked on. He initially estimated the work would take 5-6 days. Brandon worked on site each day with his assistant Mitchell. They let me know which area of the house they would be working on each day, and they left me a note on their progress at the end of the day. They were careful to leave the house functioning each day when they left. They were great and considerate in taking good care of the house, and cleaning up every day. The work required making 31 holes in the plaster and drywall in the ceilings and walls to pull wire, and they did this with as little damage as possible. I've since had someone come in to repair the drywall. I think Brandon originally estimated more holes would be needed than there were-- so that was good. They removed all of the old knob and tube in the basement, and throughout the house. The new panel is carefully labeled so that finally I can know which parts of the house match the different breakers. Brandon arranged to be here to meet the city inspector for the final inspection and that was really efficient. The inspector had a few tiny questions and requests, and Brandon was able to take care of them on the spot-- saving me having to take another day from work to meet at the house with them again. The work was finished sooner than estimated, in under 5 days. The communication was excellent, professional, they were a great team to work with. I have already recommended Seatown to a few neighbors. I can't imagine a better major rewire experience.

I was contacted within an hour of purchasing a Big Deal item to schedule an appointment. I had to wait a few days for the appointment but was scheduled for the first appointment of the day. Thomas called me to let me know when he would be arriving and was on time. He was extremely professional and competent fixing the problem quickly.

Lights were in hard to reach places. Workers were polite and efficient. Would absolutely use again.

Brandon and his helper from Seatown were fabulous. They arrived on time, were friendly and knowledgeable, completed the work I needed done and cleaned up. They could have stopped there and I would have been completely satisfied, but then Brandon asked me if there was anything else I needed done. Seatown is now my go-to for anything electrical in my 95-year-old house.

Great - on time, efficient and knowledgeable

It went extremely well and we are so happy to have lighting again. We struggled with another company coming out over and over again to fix/repair the lighting they put in and it never did work. Seatown Electric was here quickly, and explained exactly what they would be doing. They also used an extension ladder to replace bulbs we could not reach which really helped us out. We had a light on our deck that was not working correctly and they replaced it with a new fixture along with fixing several other things along the way. We would definitely contact them again. Professional, personable and a real pleasure to do business with.

This company was very prompt to contact me and schedule a time to complete the work after purchasing the deal. The representative that I worked with on the phone was very polite and pleasant to deal with. On the day of service, the electrician called me thirty minutes before arriving to let me know that he would be right on time at noon. The electrician did indeed arrive promptly at noon and completed the service in an efficient and professional manner. The overall experience went as wonderfully as I could have ever asked for!

The electrician and helper arrived on time, discussed the job; obtaining information and relevant preferences, clearly answered my questions, setup the work area with protective floor covering, discussed the status of existing 'old' wiring, arranged to send a quote for future work, removed all packing materials and trash and left the room in its original condition, but with new fixtures.

They came twice. My lights at the garage were not working... apparently two out of the three fixtures were dead and they quickly game me amazon links for the parts I needed. I asked about led options and they provided links to the parts. Quickly after they scheduled a new visit for installing them and they did it. 1 hour in and out... technician Thomas was great. Thomas and an assistance, arrived on time and luistened to what I wanted done and checkd if it was possible and if I have easy access. They then proceeded to do the work and were very efficient ,and cleaned after they finished, Over all I had a good experience ,I only wished I bought another coupon for the second room. Good work.

The two guys who came had a great system to get the job done quickly and our electricity back on quickly. They ran into a few issues and fixed them without any additional charges, even going out to Home Depot to pick up some wallboard and 2X4 to make sure the framing on the new box was neat and strong. They were friendly and did a nice, neat, good job.

Thomas was awesome! Friendly, efficient, professional -- everything I could ask for! He also gave me an estimate for installing more LED kits in other parts of my house at a price point well below what another provider who had eyeballed it had thought.

Electrician, Thomas L. arrived exactly on time after calling to let me know when he'd be arriving. He took his shoes off at the door to be sure not to track dirt into the house. He was courteous and pleasant and listened as I explained what I'd like him to do. He examined the site for the work, quickly gathered his tools and set to the job. An hour later I had three new light fixtures to brighten up my rooms. He even vacuumed after the job to keep everything clean. SeaTown Electric will be at the top of my list for any future electrical work.

Purchased an Angie's List deal ($79 for $249 worth of work). Had no problem scheduling. Brandon and an assistant arrived on time. I had three main problems to address. One of them turned out to be trivial and Brandon addressed one of them on the spot (gfci had tripped.) Main job was to install a new outlet, and they were able to accomplish that within the big deal pricing. Secondary job was to ground four outlets. That turned out to be more expensive than I expected and I decided to postpone. Overall, very professional, courteous and responsive. I don't know how their prices stack up against their competitors because I did not get multiple bids. But I'm very satisfied with the work I got done.

Brandon, the electrician, called at 10 minutes to 8 AM letting me know he could be here at 8 AM He arrived exactly when he said he would. He was friendly, efficient, and very professional. He had a young apprentice with him. He asked if I would like them to remove their shoes. Totally not necessary in my home, but so nice that he asked. He spread drop cloths in the area where he was working and also had a portable trash can to put any unneeded items in. That was so nice because I didn't have to deal with any left over garbage or recycling. He quickly determined the problem. My heater was dead. He said he could replace it and let me know how much it would cost. I OK ed it. He went to their shop to get one and promptly installed the new heater and reattached my thermostat that worked fine with the new heater. He also installed my new light fixture, which entailed removing the one that was there. He noticed that the previous fixture was hooked up with a dimmer switch which wouldn't work with my new fixture. He replaced the dimmer switch with a regular one. Everything was done within an hour and 1/2 and that included him driving to their shop to get a new heater. I am so happy with all the work he did and will definitely call them again. I am going to let my friends know about them too.

It went well. The estimate meeting was professional and informative. Follow-up on the bid document was timely and accurate. The work was done on the agreed day. They were punctional, clean (didn't leave a mess) and followed up the next day to see if there were any problems. Payment for services and all documentation was easily accomplished electronically.

It was fantastic! Thomas was excellent, he fixed everything perfectly and beautifully and was a total professional the entire time. If I ever need electrical work again, I am definitely calling SeaTown.

He was very efficient, polite and professional. He also installed new outlets and electrical plates in another bathroom where we had no problem. Our house is nearly 50 years old, so he felt it was good to replace them also. This was done on a coupon for $125 to diagnose and repair one household electrical problem.
