When they contacted us to schedule an appointment they got us the first available - set about 3 days out. When they arrived they were running a little behind (but they did call to let us know!) and it only took them about 30 minutes to run the diagnostic on the panel (which is fine) and to give us a quote on the garage outlet install. When pricing it all out they offered to discount the entire amount of our Angies List certificate and use the amount towards the new install since they had to come back and couldn't do it that day. When they told us scheduling was 2-3 weeks out, I sighed in great disappointment (explaining that I had a Zaycon Chicken event I wanted to do and would miss if that was the case). Having empathy for our situation, the technician said he would find a way to make it work so we wouldn't lose the savings from the event! Sure enough, that night he called and said there was a cancellation for the FOLLOWING morning at 9am! After confirming the following morning, the techs arrived a couple hours late (the ONLY issue we had), so I wasn't around for the install, but they got it done and we worked it all out over the phone. GREAT communication from the point of arrival until the install was done. They told me an inspection would need to be done in the next couple of weeks and when the office called to schedule that, it was also for the next day! Amazing speed of service! We are still problem solving a small fix found by the inspector, but I have full confidence they will respond quickly at this point and get it done right!

The team was very communicative with regards to timing of the work. In both the estimate and the work itself, the team was early to our house (they called ahead to check if possible to come early), and the team was highly professional and courteous. The work was completed exactly as requested and in a efficient time frame. The team asked me to check their work for completeness and they did a great job cleaning after themselves. All in all, I would highly recommend Seatown Electric and their team of electricians.

Electrician called ahead on day of appointment and asked if they could come two hours earlier, which was fine. They were very courteous and professional and knew what they were doing. The completed work was very neat, and they cleaned up after themselves. I am in an old house with few outlets. The additions were located at very accessible locations. I am very pleased with the results.

These guys are first class. Everything went smoothly from the time I called until they left. They arrived when they said they would and got to work fast. They had to go up into the attic to run electricity to the ceiling. We had fans installed in other bedrooms before from a different company. While they were okay they certainly didn't compare to Seatown Electric. Thomas was the electrician. He was professional and knew exactly what to do. I will definitely call Seatown the next time I need an electrician.

Our experience was great right from the start. The appointment was easy to make & we received a reminder email the day prior. Our electrician contacted us @ 8am on the day to inquire if it would be alright if he arrived early -- when does that ever happen? The small jobs were done quickly & professionally. We couldn't have been more pleased. When our next electrical project comes up we will definitely be calling SeaTown again.

The crew arrived on time and were very efficient, finishing everything on about an hour and a half. They were very helpful and courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. I'd definitely use them again for minor electrical tasks.

I could not ask for better service! I have used MANY electrical services to perform work on our properties. I found Seatown Electric through an Angie's List special. I am so happy we took the offer! They were HONEST, great pricing and treated us like we were their only customer. We were dealing with the local PUD on our electrical installation and didn't realize we needed a separate permit. Seatown Electric notified us of this issue and then took the ball running. They applied for the permit and even met the inspector to get it signed off making our lives so much easier. I will never use another company again! Seatown Electric is my new "go to" for all of our future electrical needs. Seatown was very professional. They call in advance of showing up. They sent service confirmations via email and leave their cards and phone numbers for follow up. Two electricians arrived and got the work done that they committed to, and the price was incredible. They also cleaned up after themselves which not all contractors do. Moreover, when I had a follow up issue unrelated to their work, they came out immediately to investigate and found the problem was with my fixture. I was pleasantly surprised and am now planning to call them again for future electrical needs.

Good. They matched me up with a drywall company to patch up afterward, and they were also good.

Excellent service. The technician not only repaired the cause which was causing my electrical outlets not to work, but he took the time to explain why I had the problem. Both he and his assistant were friendly, informative and professional. I would have them back again if I needed help.

They were prompt, courteous, efficient and helpful. They even asked if there were more items to accomplish, however I had none at the time. I bought my own outlets, outlet covers, gangbox and romex wire so I did not get charged for any materials.

Seatown Electric did a great job installing a new outdoor electrical box and light fixture. We had new siding installed, and the old light fixture was removed and left with capped wires hanging out of the wall. I purchased the $79 Angie's List deal, and they came out a week from purchase to install a new electrical box (the old fixture was screwed directly into the wall with no box) and also installed the outdoor light fixture. They called to say they were early, and asked if I could move up the appointment time. No problem! They took their shoes off at the door, and I showed them where the work was to be done, and where the electrical panel was. They commented that our panel was old and should be replaced, and they gave me a quote for that at the end of the appointment. They worked quickly and had the fixture up and working in no time without any mess from cutting away the siding. I would highly recommend them!

They arrived on time saw the problem, went to Lowe's to buy parts and fixed it right there and then. Parts were included by them.

Thomas quickly diagnosed the problem as an overheating transformer, but explained that it would probably be more expensive to replace the transformer than to replace the entire track. This is one of three tracks I have in the house; I wanted them to match, but they had been purchased so long ago that I thought it would be impossible to find even a similar unit. Undaunted, the Seatown team searched and, when Thomas showed up for the final appointment, he had an identical track light fixture in hand! The job was completed quickly and neatly, and I was satisfied with the job. There was one after-job glitch, however: when I turned on the fixture to show a friend that it had been fixed, two of the lamps wouldn't light. I called Seatown, described the problem, and they said Thomas would come by to see what was going on. He did, once again quiclkly diagnosed the problem (the contact tabs inside two of the individual light units weren't making good contact with the electrified track), and just as quickly fixed them. I am very happy with the service I received from Seatown and with Thomas's work. The fact that they so readily sent someone out a for a second visit to fix an unexpected problem speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Seatown to friends or family needing home electrical service.

Extremely friendly and patient guys with all of our questions. They showed up early, but called first - both appreciated. They were quick, efficient and tidy. Everyone at Seatown has amazing customer service. We tried them out as they were promoting an Angie's List deal and we will definitely use them again for jobs in the future.

The service provided by Seatown was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I worked with Thomas came our home to do a quote and he did one small thing that made a huge difference, he saw our shoes lined against our entryway door and took off his shoes automatically without being asked. This may seem trivial but this small act really shows their attention to details, courtesy and professionalism. He gave us great ideas in regards to placement of lights and type of switch plates to use. The day of the install he arrived as scheduled and did a great job with no mess left behind. We got exactly what we want but with a quality of service much higher than expected. Lastly, our living room has no ceiling light because another electrician stated it's not possible due to the "angle of the roof". Thomas took one look and said it definetely can be done. So we will probably be seeing him again for another project. From now on, they will be our goto electricians.

Did excellent work he worked really hard and solved problem

Brandon and Mitxhell did a great job. We needed new lifts for newly installed garage doors. We were trying to put the house on the market, so we needed prompt and professional service. They provided both. We would use them again.

Brandon and his crew were great, got there early stayed all day, worked right thru lunch. It was an older home built in 57 with glass fuses. Brandon had heard from other electricians of finding a Penney behind a fuse, he finally found one in my dad's fuse box, Congratulations Brandon. Like I said it was an older home and after Brandon and crew were done, come to find out we needed a new dryer circuit. One of his crew came back the next day and finished the job. They also removed a bunch of excess coaxial cable from a previous cable company that wrapped around the house at no charge. They cleaned up after they were done, we are very pleased with the outcome.
