Brian arrived prepared, with a new daylight monitor, in case that would fix the problem. The new monitor solved the problem and its cost was included in the $125. He was done and on his way in 30 minutes and we were pleased with him and his work!

They were right on time, and the motor was replaced in very short order! The service person was very friendly and accommodating, and their fee was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

SeaTown is a very professional company, it was a pleasure to work with them. Brandon came out to do an estimate, explained what it would take & properly setting my expectations. I decided to go with SeaTown Electric right away. Brandon and his team came in, installed the ceiling fans in a shorter amount of time than they anticipated & with fewer drywall hey were very pleasant and keep me in the loop the entire time. It was a great experience. And, going above & beyond - Brandon helped me install a doorbell. They are absolutely fantastic!

Went very well. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Showed up on time. I'd definitely use him again. We have a couple bigger electrical jobs in the future that we wanted to have someone reliable to help with, so we'll definitely use Seatown Electric for that in the future.

The electrician was very friendly and positive before during and after the service. He had to deal with an uncomfortable space and heat in the attic while replacing the bathroom ceiling fan. He also let us know that we had a rodent issue as he found signs of them in the attic. When the service was done he also asked if there was anything else we needed so I had him provide an estimate for re-wiring the house, as we have very old cloth wiring and we are having issues because of it. His estimates were reasonable and thoughtful. I would not hesitate to use Seatown Electric again and I would probably ask for the same service person as well.

An entire series of outlets were down for unknown reason. Seatown figured it out quickly and made the repair/replacement. The service was same day with no extra charge. Booking the appointment all the way through to service and payment was a great customer service experience with high quality work and a fair price.

when great from scheduling with Lorissa,the customer service was great! The tech Brandon called with arrival time and showed up right on time. He had a young apprentice with him and they both were uniformed and respectful of the home, removing shoes etc. They went right to work ,diagnosed the problem, replaced the wall switch, and were in and out of the house in under 45mins.The service was very professional. Electrician was Brandon, and his apprentice electrician, Mitch, turned out to be his cousin. They worked together really well as a team. They worked efficiently, yet the job turned out to be harder than anticipated in the estimate. Despite the extra time it took they honored the original estimate. Personable guys, easy to talk to. The Tech Lighting (brand of lighting) in the dining room looks amazing. I had contacted another electrical company for a second bid to compare, sort of a reality check as I had not done this before and had no idea what to expect. Their customer service was so poor (long wait time to get an estimate, unfriendly phone person, changed the first appointment from an estimate to service call without consulting me) that I just went with my gut feeling from a great experience at the estimate appointment and went with Seatown Electric. Thank you for making the process easy.

Lisa, from the office, was very friendly and professional in working with me to set up and schedule the appointment, confirm the appointment, give me the name of the electrician and follow up after the appointment to make sure all went well. Thomas, the electrician, called in advance of his arriving, arrived on time and did a nice job installing the lights. He took his shoes off before entering the house and he was very neat and tidy in his work. He also looked at a couple of other electrical issues and gave me a bid on those jobs. The reason I used SeaTown Electric was because of their coupon and rating on Angie's List. I am not aware of what electricians charge so their cost may have been reasonable; however it seemed a little expensive for what I had done. The $263 included the $79 Angie's List coupon which was for $ 249 worth of work. Without the coupon the job would have cost me $433, this included the lights and electrical material which probably cost them $60-$75.

I wanted an outside motion sensored light installed and wasn't sure how much it would cost. I saw the Big deal coupon for $79 of electrical services and bought the deal. I then purchased the light that I wanted, from Costco. I called Sea Town to schedule, ended up having to change the schedule a couple of times due to my own schedule conflicts, and each time the scheduler was very accommodating. The electrician came yesterday, within the 2 hour time frame that I was given and very professionally installed the light for me. I really appreciated the courteous response from the scheduler on the phone, and the timeliness and cleanliness exhibited by the electrician. Everything was done in a professional manner.

they were great, I was able to get a canceled appointment which saved me time and money and they were pleasant quick and clean. Mom is quite relieved that all is well. I can't imagine that anyone could do a better job. The office was very pleasant and efficient also.

Everything was done very well, including taking the time to ask for my wishes re exact placement of outlets. Every last bit of dust and debris was cleaned up after the work was done. Thomas worked 8 hours on a very hot humid day, staying pleasant throughout. His work passed the inspection from the city as well as from this demanding homeowner. I have already recommended SeaTown to another new electric-car owner.

Two workmen arrived on time as scheduled, one I believe was an apprentice.They checked the power to outside light , found it present & replaced the bulb.It had been out so long I thought it was faulty so didn't even check. -My fault.They then proceeded to basement , & installed a new power point in the workshop area.It was a quick install since there were two power points on the other side of the wall.All one could ask for in service personnel, timely, polite, efficient & left a clean area behind.No qualms in using them again.

I used the Angie's Bid Deal. The price and all the works were done with the quality of work, it was a really really a good deal. I had Big Deals in the past. I had not that good of experience on some of them. But Sea Town Electric experience was great. The appointment was between 11 and 2, but Thomas called around 9:40 to ask it was o.k. at 10:30, which was fine with me. He came right on time. He was pleasant and did work swiftly, He did all those replacement about within an hour. And everything is working. I have some questions about other future projects, he gave me all the answer I needed. Thomas was great and I definitely use them again with another electric projects.

Seatown Electric changed out 14 light switches & replaced them with dimmer switches & added ceiling fan speed controls in four rooms. They were very prompt & professional, both when I initially spoke with them and when the electricians were here. They provided the switches, but gave me an option to purchase them ahead of time & just have Seatown install them. The fan controls that they brought were not suitable for my home, so they 'hunted down' another style & installed those instead. They quoted the price ahead of time, so I knew it would be expensive. What they quoted was what I paid, no surprises. If not for the Angie's List 'Big Deal' that I purchased, I would not have known about Seatown. I thought their work was very good, and would definitely use them again.

Well, All are now working. He explained what each is set for and how it is suppose to respond. He replaced a bulb at no cost to me. I especially appreciated his explanations. There were reminders and follow up by his organization.

As requested, the electrician called me 30 min. prior to his arrival. He was right on-time and very courteous and professional. We reviewed the job scope and determined that the voucher I purchased from Angies List would cover the entire cost which was great! He also gave me the approximate time it would take to complete. He tested all of the lights and also offered to dispose of my old lights along with any trash. I would definitely call on Seatown again!
