Completely checked wiring and determined my fixture needed to be replaced. I ultimately replaced the fixture and the light works perfectly!

Seamed like it went well except that they did not inform me that they left the fan venting into the attic space. This was partially that the size of vent exhaust pipe changed between my new bathroom fan and my old one. I would have liked it if they informed me instead of weeks later finding damp insulation in the attic. The electrical work they did seamed fine and I really wouldn't expect them to change the exhaust pipe.... I would have just liked a heads up.

Thomas was there from beginning to end of job, from bid to the work. Clean, clean, clean. Quick, on time, worked great. Earned my business. Will use again.

Overall an excellent experience. I purchased one of the deals at Angie's List knowing that I needed additional services. Thomas Low arrived promptly for the estimate for the additional services and answered all questions and explained my options. The estimate for all the work, including the original "deal" was less than the estimates I had received from a few other potential vendors. Day of the work the two person crew (which included Thomas) arrived promptly and completed the work within a single day as they estimated. The work done looks good and my electricity was functioning at the end of the day. The work passed City inspection.

The electrician was Very polite and helpful. They came on time and did all that was required to be done. I will definitely call them again for any electric issue.

Seatown Electric did an outstanding job. There was a mix up regarding the color of the dimmer switch plates. Thomas made a short trip to exchange them for the right color. He was in and out in less than 3 hours. There was a disagreement regarding the cost of the dimmers (the cost of the parts was not quoted when I confirmed the appointment after I asked if I needed to purchase the dimmers) but Thomas called the office and the original price of the package was honored. I appreciated the honesty of the company and to me its a true sign of a reputable company. I plan to use Seatown for future electrical work.

Crew was very punctual and called ahead to make sure we were home. They got there before us and we're waiting in the driveway. They ran into some problems during the install but they still finished within the timeframe that they originally quoted.

Our garbage disposal stopped working. Within 5 minutes the techs solved the problem and had it working again!

I needed to light a paved walkway on the side of the house, at night. I researched a bit about the different lighting options and bought 2 different kinds from Home Depot. I bought the Big Deal from Seatown and typed in my preferred dates during the purchasing process. Got an email a day later and I was able to schedule for the work to be done the next day! It was awesome. Thomas, the electrician called before going to the house and he was right on time. When he arrived, both he and his co worker took off their shoes when entering the house, without me asking. They were both very professional and courteous from the get go. I presented the two lights that I bought and he gave me his professional opinion on it, which I agreed with. I also had 3 other items on my electrical to do list that he gave me a good estimate on. In the end, I decided just to get the security light done today and he was totally fine with it, no pressure on me to buy the other services, which I thought was refreshing and really appreciated. His coworker (sorry I didn't get his name or card) even had time to change a light in a room for me. This was a great experience overall!

They did a great job and were fast! I purchased the $89 Big Deal at approximately 10 in the morning and they were here by 1:30 the same day.

From the beginning they were professional, efficient and provided quality service. The service was scheduled in a timely fashion. The provider gave me a window of time in which they would arrive. (it was a short 3 hours window). The electrician called 1/2 hour before he arrived. He arrived when he said he would. He was polite and explained what he was doing. He did not try to sell me on any services that I did not need. Even when I asked about the safety of the breaker box in my home, he did not try to sell me on anything but provided information on what my options were and the costs associated with them. I was given brochures on the different options so I could follow-up as needed. I felt they provided a good value for their service and would be happy hire them for any future work in my home.

SeaTown Electric was prompt in scheduling, and followed through exactly as they had promised. The technician installed a new switch and it works fine now.

I called Sea Town Electric to arrange an electrician to check a dimmer switch that was hot to the touch when lights were on. An electrician was scheduled. Sea Town sent an E-mail the day before the scheduled appointment. Thomas called to tell me when he would arrive. Thomas arrived on time. He confirmed that the dimmer switch was hot to the touch when the lights were on. He promptly replaced the switch. He advised us that the wattage of the chandelier lights were too high and recommended replacing the lights with low wattage LED lights. Our problem was resolved when we subsequently replaced the iridescent bulbs with LED lights. Thomas also adjusted a light fixture in the upstairs bathroom at no charge. Thomas was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. He acted in a courteous,, personable and professional manner. The price he quoted was very reasonable, and was the price he charged. We would definitely use Sea Town Electric again.

From scheduling to completion all contacts were polite and professional. Electrician (Ryan) was on time, polite, knowledgeable and completed installation in a timely manner.
