The team did an excellent job. I was a bit hesitant as I was out of town during the work but they treated the GF with respect and according to her were great guys.

Their first visit they identified the problem but need to order some parts. 4 days later they called for a follow-up appointment and repair the light fixture. They were courteous, professional and did a great job on budget!!

They were excellent and very helpful. I needed something done right away and I called them. They told me what I could get done with the deal and they came out promptly. A very nice man came out and I showed him the outlet, he opened up, saw it was burnt out and he gave me suggestions to prevent it. He was helpful, informative and took considerably less time then I could have been entitled too and asked him more questions. He spent less time then I had expected.

I was very happy with the work the guys did. They were professional and very patient with the problems I had in my old house.. They were neat and had a great mannerism. They were very considerate and very pleasant.

The estimator (Brandon) was prompt, friendly, and gave us the lowest bid of the three I collected. During his visit, he solved two troubleshooting issues free of charge. Our decision to go with SeaTown was made very easy. The installers (Bryan and Blake, I believe) were also prompt and friendly - and very patient with our curious two-year-olds. The finished product looks great. Lisa in the SeaTown office was involved throughout the process - even sending a thank you note following their initial estimate (and before it was accepted!). Lastly, my accidental overpayment (brought to my attention by SeaTown) was promptly refunded, along with an additional thank you note. I'll gladly use SeaTown in the future, and will recommend them every chance I get.

It went very well. Bryan is very familiar with residential electrical issues. He came in, looked over our wiring and our new panel, and addressed the problem within a half hour. He was fast, courteous and competent. Our problem is resolved and we are now able to use each of the lights in our house without the breakers tripping! We are hiring him to come back and install a new light in our living room.

The original appointment time came and went without a word from the technician. I called the office for a status update; they apologized (a mistake/miscommunication had occurred regarding my appointment), and arranged for the next available technician to arrive same-day. The technicians did the work competently and quickly, tackled everything on my list, and the company gave us a discount due to the schedule snafu. Overall, I'm happy with the work done and pleased that the company efficiently worked around the schedule mixup.

It went great. The technician called b4 he arrived, told me he'd be at the house by 10 am (my window was 10-2) and he was at the house on time. He diagnosed the problem was in the fixture -- in the event of a power failure, the fixture is supposed to reset itself and for some reason it wasn't. He disconnected power to the fixture and then hooked it up again and it worked fine. We then turned off power at the breaker and, once again, it didn't reset, but he got it working by disconnecting the power completely. The power doesn't go out too often at our house, but now that I know how to fix it, I can do it on my own. Very satisfied that he sorted it out and that I don't need to get a new fixture.

After a big storm, we had a power surge that caused an electrical fire. I called 6 providers and Seatown was the only one who were willing to work us into their schedule to make sure the interior electrical was safe. Lisa in the office was responsive and communicated with me throughout the day. Brandon was prompt and helpful, repaired what he could on short notice and wrote an exhaustive estimate to address future repairs. I will certainly call Seatown again.

SeaTown was not the cheapest quote we got for the work - but we choose them because of their amazing communication, responsiveness, and professional approach - and we don't regret it! They will be our go-to for all electrical work we need. The work was performed in a timely manner, with A+ communication from both the workers and the main office all along the process. I had made an appointment for several weeks earlier. Aaron showed up on time for that appointment. He immediately realized I did not have the appropriate fixtures. I was imagining that this was the end of our exchange and then I was just out the money. He then suggested the light fixtures that I needed to purchase told me to purchase them and he would return. I called Lisa at the office after purchasing the fixtures. She arrange a new appointment for me. Aaron showed up on time for that appointment and installed my two new light fixtures. He then provided some information to guide me in a decision on lighting for my basement. I plan on following his recommendation and using Seatown electric to do the install. They were on time, professional, and did great work. Not only would I recommend them to others, I will use them again.

We contacted Seatown (because they were rated highly on Angie's List) to get an estimate for a relatively small job installing two new electrical lines to be surface-mounted in the garage. We had open slots in our breaker box. Simple, right? Seatown's estimate was more than double what we actually paid to a different provider who was also highly rated on Angie's List.

An electrical outlet was shutting down all of the power on the side of the house when any appliance was plugged in. Electrician arrived on time and diagnosed and fixed the broken electrical outlet within 20 minutes. He also provided some tips on how to prevent from the issue happening again.

Bought off of a big deal so there was a discount on part and some extra costs to get it done, but still a great deal. And he cleaned up well, which is kind of uncommon for electricians. Would definitely recommend!

There was a delay in following up on scheduling, so the owner personally called and came out the next day to fix the problem at no cost. Was a great response.

I was in need of a rather urgent upgrade of service and electrical panel replacement from 125amp to 200amp service, the sale of the home was contingent on it. I was searching through Angie's List for electrical contractors and SeaTown Electric was one of several I invited to bid the job. After meeting with Brian and agreeing to the quote, he was able to get the job scheduled much quicker than I in...itially expected. Brandon arrived at the appointed day and time promptly and was able to complete the job almost in its entirety in the day he spent in the property, with only some finish work and additional parts that he needed for completion the following day. This was a very involved job, every aspect had to be considered and upgraded: from the new mast on the roof, new meter and piping, grounding the waterline and installation of GFI breakers for all wet locations. They even included an upgraded panel with all copper bussing and LIFETIME WARRANTY at no additional charge! That coupled with the Angie's List discount on an already very reasonable quote left me one quite pleased customer and I would not hesitate to call them again for any future electrical contracting work. It's always great to discover quality service providers and I wholeheartedly recommend SeaTown Electric to anyone with professional electrical needs!

This was my second time using Seatown Electric and I think they are fantastic. It's difficult to schedule this kind of thing on a coupon because of the complexity of electrical work. I explained what I needed to the person on the phone and they dispatched someone to do the job, but it was more complicated than one person could do. But they were wonderful to work with and we got it all sorted out. The lights are up, they work great and the crew was so professional to work with. I highly recommend, and will certainly use them again.
