He showed up right on time at the beginning of the appointment window. After checking both light fixtures and the circuit breaker, he still couldn't tell what was happening with the lights. He surprised me by offering to go up into the attic (which has a tricky entrance) to see if the wiring would tell him more, and he discovered the cause of the problem that way. I also appreciated that he didn't mind me (as a new homeowner) asking a ton of questions and was very professional.

Very professional and quick, finding the problem and repairing in very short order. The cost wound up half what I was quoted from other companies. Very fair.

Very nice people. Very good scheduling and follow up. We thought the plug would be installed in the wall, but it sits on top of it. We should have been clearer with our expectations. We did provide the specs for our EV charger when we scheduled the visit, but the initial outlet was the wrong configuration. We pointed this out and the installer fixed it immediately.

They actually called me and offered to come early for their appointment. They covered the counter to keep dust off and replaced the light without any damage to the sheetrock and with no mess. the whole job took about 20 minutes. I had to pay sales tax on the $125.

Went very well, they shoed up on time. We discussed the issue and started trouble shooting the problem. After about 30 minutes we decided it was a break in the conduit under the drive that was causing the issue. We tried a few more things and did get the lights to stay on.

We definitely had a very positive experience working with Seatown Electric to upgrade our main electrical panel. Everything from the scheduling to the estimate and the final install and follow-up was handled in a very professional manner and we could not be more pleased with the results. Brandon, who gave us our estimate, was prompt, thorough and was quick to respond to our subsequent questions. Bryan, the installer, was knowledgeable, efficient and easy to work with. Lisa and Nikki at the office were great as well, providing excellent scheduling support and timely follow-ups. Overall, they did a fantastic job and we would certainly use Seatown Electric for any future electrical work.

We selected SeaTown Electric to update the electrical wiring in our 1970's era home. It has aluminum branch wiring and we wanted all of the connections secured with AlumiConn copper to aluminum connectors. In addition to meet current electrical codes we had a new electric breaker panel installed with arc fault breakers and new ground wires for water and gas pipes. I was most impressed with the thorough initial evaluation by Brandon Phillips and his recommendations were later verified to me by the Labor and Industries department. The electricians from SeaTown were very polite, diligent and efficient. The project required 2 days and they continued to work on the 2nd day until the job was completed. We specified the outlets be replaced with the new tamper proof design and all the switches to be the Decora style. Everything was completed as planned and the inspector from Labor and Industries gave final approval to the electric service and the outlets. Through the entire process from the first evaluation and estimate to the final inspection I have been impressed by the SeaTown electric company. Their business and professional practices are exemplary and the safety improvements to our home's electrical system is very reassuring.

Matt did an amazing job. He was so professional and personal. Not once did he make me feel like he was overcharging me or taking advantage. He did explain everything about how the electrical system works and showed me options that I could do in the future to better my home but it isn't an emergency and didn't scare me into thinking it was.

Bryan was punctual and professional. He also was very thorough and informed me of another problem that I need to address. I was very happy with his service and highly recommend him to others who have electrical issues that need to be fixed.

He ran a wire up from the panel in to the attic and then over a garage bay down to a load bearing post and installed flex tubing and installed the Nema 14-30 outlet. He installed a new circuit breaker. He arranged to have an inspector come to sign off on the permit. He cleaned everything up after him and installed the Clipper Creek Car Charger and tested it . It worked fine. Still does. When you call the office they played Take Five by Dave Brubeck while you are on hold. That is a great. My only gripe is it didn't take him long and so if you divide the amount paid by the hours worked you get some really high hourly rate more than doctors and lawyers and software engineers. That said, he knew how to do it and I didn't and he had to work with high voltage so I didn't. I am good with that. Thank you.

Brian arrived during the time agreed to. He called in advance to tell me that he was on his way. He completed the work in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable about the problem, explained why the switch had failed and made recommendations about upgrading the wiring to avoid similar problems in the future. I was satisfied with the work and will use the services of this company in the future.

They were great! The whole staff is incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. They have the feel of a family business even though they have a big team. They are clearly professionals! Bryan, who performed the work, arrived on time, and was incredibly kind and helpful. He was careful to cover the floor from all the dust and debris--and there was a lot. He not only installed the new fan, he boxed up of the old one, as well as the box / pieces from the new fan. It sounds like a simple thing--but it meant a lot. It's all about attention to details. We needed a new switch for the fan, which he had on hand. I couldn't believe how fast and effective he was completing the job. It's worth mentioning that in all my research, they are the ONLY company who doesn't charge you to come and give an estimate. I encountered numerous electric companies that charged between $79.99 - $149.99 just to drive out. I plan to use SeaTown Electric for all our electrical work moving forward. The quality of their work, attention to detail, and fair pricing seals the deal. I can't recommend them enough! Matt arrived on time, clearly explained / reviewed all the work to be done. On 2nd day, Blake also arrived on time up Matt. All work done carefully, keeping us informed of when power would be off & on apain. They cleaned up after themselves really well. Both were professional, courteous & helpful.

I initially called to get an estimate. They came right out and recommended the service I should get. They left an estimate and I had time to think it over. I called to schedule the service and they were able to come out pretty quickly. The price was what the estimate was.

Aaron from Seatown came out and did an initial walk-through of our home to figure out the extent of our problems. He was VERY thorough and took plenty of time to make sure he knew exactly what was going on before writing up the bid. True to his word, his bid ended up being in the middle of the three bids I got for the work, and I ended up going with Seatown because of Aaron's professionalism and knowledge of our aluminum wiring issues. I should note - the only reason I've given a 'C' rating for professionalism here is not because of Aaron, but because of his apprentice. Originally I had the work scheduled to be performed on March 18th. His apprentice called in sick that day which I would normally never have a problem with, except that March 18th was the day after St. Patrick's Day. I could be totally off base here and the guy could have really been sick, but let's be honest - he was definitely just too hung over to bother. The result of which was that only some of the work could be performed. I had to reschedule the rest of the work for their first available date (two weeks later) which meant I had to go two weeks without being able to use any of the outlets or lights in my living room or kitchen. In any case - barring that one issue - the work performed was very well done, and at a reasonable price. We had our old panel replaced with a brand new one with surge protection. Not only is it much safer to use the devices in our house now, but the guys made sure to ground it outside, a safety feature which our previous panel did not have. We also had all of the old (and incredibly unsafe) aluminum wiring replaced with copper. The quality of the work was excellent and I'm very happy with the job Aaron did. I will most likely use Seatown Electric again in the future.
