My husband and I initially got an estimate from Bryan. We were installing an AC and needed the electrical panel to be upgraded from 100 amps to 200 amps. We had gotten a bid from another company, however, they wanted to install the panel on the outside of the house, which we weren't too keen about. But Bryan assured us they could install the panel where the original panel was, inside the kitchen. Bryan was really informative and explained everything. We decided to go with SeaTown, because the price was on point, but mostly because Bryan really knew what he was talking about. Bryan and Blake showed up on appointment day, bright and early in the morning and they quickly got to work. My husband and I left, since there would be no electricity, however, I felt my house and the work were in good hands. Bryan and Blake were great! They were courteous, very professional, they cleaned up after themselves, and they worked quickly. They were done with the electrical panel by 1pm. And they even locked up our house when they left, since we weren’t there. They were scheduled to come the next day to finish installing six light fixtures, as well as an electrical outlet and box for the AC. Bryan and Blake worked well with the AC technicians, and even they commented what professionals they were. When the work was done, an inspector came out to give his final approval, however, there was on slight problem, and unfortunately the inspection did not pass. But it was more the inspector being ridiculously picky, than the work itself. But Bryan and Blake came out right away and fixed the situation. I’d definitely use SeaTown again for any electrical need. From setting up the appointment to the actual job, everyone is so courteous and just awesome to work with.

The SeaTown electricians arrived right on time. They were friendly and efficient. My electrical problem was fixed quickly and to my satisfaction.

The techs were very professional and treated me with respect even though there was egg all over my face. They didn't charge me anything and my Angie's List Special that I purchased for this company is still good until November! Great company.

Fantastic Experience from estimate to completion! They showed up exactly on time for the estimate and installation and had the project completed in less than an hour. The price was reasonable and the work done perfectly. I would highly recommend the company and will definitely use them again if I have additional projects.

Maybe I'm missing something here, but how can they advertise "free" estimates? How many homeowners would know the source of an electrical problem?

The electrician was prompt, polite and very professional, was able to resolve the issue in a matter of minutes. The office staff called me in advance to confirm appointment, and later to let me know he was en route; they then followed up afterwards to confirm that I was satisfied with the service.

It could have NOT gone any better...on and on... They will be our first and only call in the future. Enough said...

On the expensive side, but very professional, good quality, and integrity.

The only hiccup was that the dispatcher gave the installer the wrong address but after a quick phone call it was resolved. They where quick, clean, and professional. Very courteous and didn't mind our personal inspector (dog) watching over them. The City inspector was very please that they had left a detailed report and message to the inspector outlining everything they had done.

Everyone at Seatown Electric was SO nice - from the person on the phone to the technician who came out. I could not be happier. Thank you, Seatown!

They are very responsive and they follow up well. We had one minor issue after they left and they came back and fixed it at no cost. great company.
