The whole process went smooth, from the quote to the install, very satisfied. SeaTown Electric is a rare company for this day and age, I'm talking about the customer service. They kept you informed of up coming appointments via email and phone contact. They answered any questions about the job that came up and if they didn't know the answer off hand they would call you right back with the information. Very impressed with Aaron the sales/installation tech. He explained everything the job entailed for the quote and when it came time to do the job he kept us informed on the progress. We wanted to change out a light connection and he fixed it right away in order to meet our needs. I would highly recommend this company and if we have any electrical needs in the future they will be the first we call.

Excellent. The contractor was on time, gave us notice before he arrived and completed the job very quickly.

Blake found the issue and was able to add and rewire the circuit up to code the same afternoon.

The workers were very punctual--they even gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes before arriving at the agreed-upon time, to let me know they were on their way. Work occurred promptly and efficiently. My only gripe: There was a little (dime-sized) chunk taken out of my ceiling paint from the fan replacement, which I only discovered after they had left. I wish they would've pointed that out to me before leaving. It's a small thing--paint will cover it--but that's my only gripe. Otherwise, work was done quickly and professionally, in keeping with the terms originally quoted to me.

The were excellent in all aspects of the small jobs we needed done. We found several providers via Angie's list and selected with one because of their prompt and professional request to our SOW.

When the guy came out he said this is not something that I'm gonna charge you for. It took him ten minutes and he was like I would have done this anyway when I was coming out to give you a bid for the other stuff so he didn't wind up charging us. I was not unhappy with anything about the scheduling, the guy who came out was absolutely fantastic and he was doing two things. He was fixing the one problem that I had bought the deal for and he was coming out and giving me a bid for another project but he literally was like it took him five minutes, he's like I can't charge you for that stuff.

Seatown worked with us on the bid to ensure everything we wanted and needed was covered. We definitely felt as though they wanted to earn our business. This was not a small investment, so it was important for us to feel comfortable with who we picked. These guys were awesome - on time and literally starting work 2 minutes later every day, cleaning up after themselves, dodging all of our stuff to get their work done, answering questions and ensuring that everything was done correctly and how we needed it. Great communication from them and the office. This was our first big investment in our property and they handled it great. Would hire them again.

It went great. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Fixed the canistersz and replaced the fixtures very quickly. Even got the parts on a parts run he had to make anyway so saved me a trip.

Probably the best contractor experience we had, out of all our remodeling projects thus far. Brandon showed up on time to walk through the house and gave me a very honest upfront description of his recommendations. Prior electricians had given me quotes and suggested work that didn't need to be done. Brandon put my mind at ease, knowing that I was getting what I needed in order to completely update our 1960's house. The remainder of the project was seamless and flawless. The workers showed up on time, were professional, courteous and kept everything clean. Price was definitely fair for the amount of work we wanted to get done. For any electric needs in the future, SeaTown are the only guys I will call.

The initial walk through went well, answered my questions, took down the information he needed. Said he would have a quote by the end of the day or the next morning, never heard back from them. I emailed for an update and still no response.

It was okay. There was no work needed to be done. They came out and looked at everything. It turned out that there was nothing for them to do. It was just that the breaker switch had been fully used. We paid a lot of money for nothing but it wasn't their fault. Quality was good.

Went exactly as they proposed. Smoothly contracting job we have had done in years.
