Prompt call back. No other providers even cared. They had a back log but we were scheduled appropriately. Prices were negotiated and no surprises from them on. Professional folks arrived as scheduled did their jobs in three hours as estimated and were gone. No mess, no trouble, all functioning. We got what we expected.

Seatown was easy to work with from the first day - Brandon, the technician, was friendly, knowledgable and patient with my questions, and the office admin and scheduling team made the process seamless and easy! It took me a long time from when I first got the bid to actually execute the project, and they had all the information on record and picked right back up where we left off. The install went smoothly and the team was friendly and professional, and gave me great advice. There are probably "cheaper" options, but you'll get great quality and trustworthy service from Seatown.

Brandon the owner is very professional and most pleasant to deal with. He explains everything completely and site a date & time for project the installers, Brandon and Blase arrived on sate scheduled and in the AM (on time). the too were very professional and friendly, I just cont say enough about this company & will use again for electrical projects in the future.

Sean and Brent arrived on time, took their shoes off coming in, and diagnosed and fixed the problem. All good!

Great; Aaron is an awesome electrician and very professional. He actually found some shoddy work a previous electrician did and then informed me of the risks and what would need to be done to resolve the issue to make it safer.

Went very well. I enjoyed working with the people who came over. They explained everything and were very efficient. Personable, knowledgeable, professional and punctual. Doesn't get much better than that. I was very pleased with the electricians as well as the entire office staff. Really nice group of people to work with.

Matt was fantastic! He was a able to fix a few of our problems right on the spot, and gave us a very reasonable quote for the more complicated issues. We accepted the quote and have him scheduled to come back out in a few weeks.

Blake was our technician. He arrived on time and had excellent customer service and technical skills. He efficiently completed all of the requested projects and left the workspace cleaner than when he arrived. We received several bids and the bid from Seatown Electric, while not the lowest, was competitive. We had a couple of hiccups with the bid but it was taken care of satisfactorily. The job went very well, Aaron was very professional and his experience was obvious. We are really happy with the quality of the work that was done and would definitely hire again.
