I was extremely satisfied with their professionalism and the fact that they left minimum drywalls to be patched was amazing! They were punctual and even fixed my lamp for me! Certainly the BEST hire ever!! Highly recommend their services and dealing with scheduling was absolutely stress free! 5 stars for everything!

In quick order, he tightened some loose connections in the switch, and saw that a circuit had simply been tripped, and that there was nothing wrong with the outlet. (This was something we hadn't noticed ourselves, embarrassingly enough.) Although he'd come out to our house and spent time speaking with me and diagnosing the issue, he very generously offered not to charge me for the house call. Bryan was straightforward, helpful, and professional. When it comes time for a larger job, I will definitely give them a call.

He came in and said they really don't fix 1 item, its more of a go to the basement and see if my house had an electrical surge protector. He then offered to install said surge protector for 600 bucks. I asked about the doorbell and he said the electrical line was disconnected somewhere and he would have to run a new line for over a grand,. I declined both services and he said they would honor the cost of my package in the future if I should need something else. My suggestion to you is to not think they will fix your problem, I think the cost is just to get an electrician to your house. The fix of one item is misleading and that is why I am rating them so low. Again they performed no work for me, just took up my time and money.

Originally, we had contacted the company to see if a big deal they were offering on Angie's List was appropriate for our job. It was, but they advised us to buy the deal directly through them. They got their permit in December and completed the work. After the work was completed we had an electrical inspector come out and the work did not pass inspection. I called the company on January 10th and spoke to Lisa. She said she would contact Zach, the technician who performed the work, to come back and fix the problems. It is now Jan. 23 and I have yet to hear from anyone. I have called back and talked to several people at Seatown, all of them told me they were waiting on an application to be approved before they come and fix the work. I called the city and they have informed me that no application is needed. Not only did they do a poor job, but now they are lying to us about why they aren't fixing it!

Excellent, professional, prompt, transparent with needs, painted out other safely issues. Overall great will hire again for after electrical needs. Friendly & knowledgeable & efficient tidy & easy to work with. Only minor issues on paint & later plaster though efficient to deal with.

First visit the serviceman identified the issue, but required to order special parts. 2 weeks later he returned and fixed the issue. Very impressed with the professionalism and service.

Sea Town repair person was able to get two of 5 lights working again. Said others were unsalvageable. Later my son-on law took the 'dead" ones to his shop where he cleaned them. Now they all are working.

It went great - no hickups - smooth as can be

Blake was fantastic. We have a newborn and as a per-requisite. We required the tech to have a flu-shat. Blake showed up with his paperwork showing he had his vaccination outstanding. The work was great too!

Matt was great-communication well and even came early to deal with issue.

Went well. Arrived when they said they would explained everything provided options and was friendly and knowledgeable.

Matt arrived early (which works great for us), called if early was Okay, understood our job quickly, installed chronicle faster than expected and super friendly & professional. He ever took the track with him. We love SeaTown Electric.

They did not fix it and I was charged their fee anyway. I had another electrician fix the problem.

Office and technicians were friendly, responsive, efficient, and knew their stuff very well. Price was quite reasonable.

Great as always. The electrician showed up on time and was very courteous. The work was completed in a timely manner. We have used SeaTown for a much larger project in the past prior to this and we will continue to use SeaTown for anything in the future.
