Excellent! SeaTown was super responsive and attentive to the work at hand. No challenge was too large to resolve. During the inspection period, one issue was called out (that turned out not to be a problem). SeaTown coordinated with the city and were available in-person for the follow-up inspection. Look forward to using again in the future!

The employees showed up on time and went right to work. They discovered and resolved the problem fairly quickly. I had forgotten that I had already paid for it so I just had to pay the tax.

Matt was here early and went through and explained what he would be completing. Excellent service.

It went well. They called soon after the purchase, set up an installation date, showed up when they said they would. The work was completed as promised and the light is working well.

I went ahead and changed out Cathedral ceiling lights myself but advised that 4 of the light fixtures failed to work. Brent the Electrician showed up 3/1 with no clue as to what I needed. Was not prepared to do any work "just get information to prepare an estimate". At my more or less insistence he remounted one hallway ceiling light and replaced requested laundry light fixture. I received subsequent thank you note for the visit BUT NO ESTIMATE YET so I emailed Lisa 3/8. Got reply from Brent 3/10 saying he had issues with his new iPad but was sure office had notified me (NOT) also with incomplete estimate (no totals, etc.). I replied 3/12 accordingly and asked why nothing shown for the $229.00 credit I had paid for. Received reply from Brent 3/14 saying he had worked out the estimate spread sheet kinks but no comment about the credit nor the fact he had said 3/1 that I owed Sales Tax on the $99.00 paid to Angie's List. He quoted $350.00 to supply & install 2 dimmer switches (outrageous). I replied 3/15 that I would supply & install dimmer switches myself and asked again about clarification of the $229.00 credit, i.e. was it in fact used up by his mounting my two ceiling fixtures 3/1? He didn't reply until 3/19 but didn't answer estimate issue as to "$325.00 "hang 2 ceiling fans - price for one". I replied 3/20 saying I wanted to get work done ASAP but asked: "Are you saying my cost to have you install the two (2) ceiling fan-lights I showed you is 2 x $325.00 or $650.00? If yes, why not include this total in estimate rather than $325.00?" I provided copy of this email response to Lisa and others too! I also received 3/17 and email from Makayla Novacek indicating it was a pleasure assisting with my electrical needs and asking I post review of my recent experience. However, she never personally assisted me with anything and apparently these advice's are auto generated one month after purchasing Angie's list work request. I replied 3/18 accordingly and that I was ready to post negative feedback do to continuing failure to get my questions properly answered by electrician. Also, that job should have been completed already. Lisa replied 3/21 "Brent let us know you would like to move forward. The revised bid is attached" ignoring fact she had gotten same email as I sent Brent. She clarified ceiling fan issue with statement "It will be $500.00 for two ceiling fans". I replied 3/21 that this was ridiculous and given the problems in getting factual - straight forward estimate initially; $350.00 for dimmers left me with no alternative but to decline to do any further business with SeaTown Electric! I am an experienced electrician and have dealt with many contractors over the years but have never had so much trouble getting proper estimate and getting work performed accordingly between, e.g., 2/18 Angie's purchase and 3/21! DON'T RECOMMEND THIS VERY UNORGANIZED BUSINESS!

Blake was very professional in every way. He called ahead to let me know that he was running a little behind and then called again when he was on his way. He got the two jobs done quickly and efficiently, and the lights look great.

EVERYTHING WENT WELL AND CREW WAS VERY EFFICIENT. HAD A SMALL GLITCH WHICH BRIAN TOOK CARE OF IMMEDIATELY. WOULD DEFINATELY USE AGAIN !

Smoothly. They were very professional and did a good job. They even moved the outlet to a different location when we realized it had been added to the wrong spot, even though it was my mistake. When we realized we needed another new circuit for the refrigerator, SeaTown was too busy to get it done soon enough for us (they were scheduling 3 weeks out), so we went with a different company that was actually cheaper. The difference in quality was apparent. The cheaper company didn't remove their shoes and tracked mud in, and their outlet cuts in the wall were too large -- one so large it even left the hole visible after the faceplate was installed. So although Seatown was pretty expensive in my eyes, you get what you pay for with a better job done.

2 out of 3 repaired/replaced. I need a new light fixture but this needs to wait until I return to Seattle. I purchased a promotion of $99 towards a $229 evaluation. The replacement of the direct wired under cabinet light and the wall heater were completed with care and attention to detail. Clean up was included and he carried away old parts and boxes. I only had to pay the tax on the $99 purchase that was not collected earlier. Nicely done.

They were responsive and knowledgeable. They provided a quick fix to correct damaged conduit at a minimal price.

They were on-time and went over the scope of work carefully walking thru it before they started. They finished in a 1/2 day.

Seatown electric did a wonderful job. on time, they answered all our questions, cleaned up really well. All in all a great experience.

They came and fixed a three-pole switch and were very professional and quick. Only one problem. They didn't ask what color/type of switch to use. I was planning to update the new switches to white, but they installed a beige one to match the old switch.

They are a good company and they did a good job. They had to come back because the thermostat wasn't working. The wire was not tight enough. They fixed it at no charge. I talked to them about installing 2 new thermostats, but they said it would be $150 per unit to install, and that is too expensive for me. I am looking for another company for this reason.

Very well! I have used SeaTown Electric a few times already through Angie's List "Big Deal" and I've always been extremely satisfied with their electrical and customer service.

In regards to both service calls the techs were very courteous about wearing booties when they came into my home, they worked continuously even when I offered them pizza they waited until all work had been completed before eating and said thanks for the food. Both techs were polite and quick to communicate with me on any issues or concerns they had while doing the upgrades. Obviously since I hired them a 2nd time to wire my hot tub I was very impressed with their work and professionalism. Prior to hiring Sea Town I did speak with 3 other companies and was impressed with Sea Towns reputation on Angie's list and the people I had contact with. Even though Sea Town was the more expensive option as I could have saved money going with another company I believe it was worth having them do the work. I would consider them for any future electrical work that I might need done in the future.
