Seatown plumbing technician did a horrible job. When he fixed the pipe, he inadvertently decoupled the other joint behind the wall which was unattached and sewer water flooded our whole basement. The technician did a irresponsible job here. Most importantly Seatown did not take responsiblity for this and did not even apologize for what happened. Very unprofessional people and management.

James was very professional and did a great job. He found a small leak near the furnace that was easily remedied.

Seatown’s bid was more than double every other contractor. Nearly $8k for a simple switch out. Other contractors informed us that if the house was not already pre-wired to handle 200Amps then the bud would be closer to $6k-$7k, however our house is pre-set to handle a 200Amp fuse panel, yet Seatown was going to bill us for additional work they hadn’t done, that or their prices are just absurd. Fuse panel ended up costing $4,200 including tax.

From the moment I scheduled the appointment to the completion of the job I was kept informed by email and texts. Jacob was superb and very professional. He has a great sense of humor too! When my faucet was installed he ensured it worked and of course no leaks. The kitchen was left spotless as of he had not even been there. Well done!

Called day earlier and next day technician came. Two other plumbers I contacted via Angie didn’t call back so I took his estimate and repair done less than an hour. Was able to call insurance co on a same day.

Anthony did a good job of explaining to me what the problem was and giving me an honest explanation of what it would cost for him to do the very simple replacement job vs if I did it on my own. He was courteous, professional and I appreciated his honest feedback.

Tyler and Curtis did a great job, they were very knowledgeable, they diagnosed the problem, fixed it and did an outstanding job cleaning up.

The guys came out and was able to discover the reason for us not having hot water in our bathtub, and had it all fixed within two hours. Very impressed.

The tech arrived ahead of schedule and completed the work in a timely manner. He offered options for the repair and provided updates as the work was being completed. He brought materials to keep the area dry and cleaned up after the work was completed. Regular updates from Seatown regarding timing of the service call.

Seatown did a great job! Their estimate to replace our water line was competitive, and more complete than other estimates. Had to schedule out two weeks for the estimate, but once I got the estimate they were available to complete the entire job within the same week. Overall, I will definitely reach out to Seatown again when I need plumbing work done.

Our Seatown Technician, Vince was experienced and personable. Methodically stepped through the inspection process he performed and clarified any questions we may have. Highly recommend their services.

We had a bad leak... $100's/day in water bills. I asked Seatown to replace the line and they said it would take weeks to get this scheduled but they could put a temporary repair in immediately. The temporary repair was not completed successfully. In fact it made matters much worse, requiring that the water supply be shut off entirely. The failed repair still cost us several thousand dollars. Then Seatown said that they said they could start work on replacing the water main immediately, after all (after successfully making us more dependent on them to get the water running.) Total bill was over $12k. Based on similar jobs from other locations I am confident that our cost was double what it should have cost. What adjective should I apply to this business conduct?

Great communication throughout the process -- our technician, James Cash, was prompt, polite and professional. He asked good questions throughout the process to ensure we got the end result we wanted. No regrets. Seatown is comparatively pricey, but I rarely hire out professional services ... so communication and quality of service is a much higher priority.

It was great. Steven and Johnny were friendly and professional. They handled a switch in projects that was a miscommunication with ease. They were very informative and efficient. I was impressed with how clean they worked.
