They came out right away since our house was without power and Ciry Light wouldn't reconnect us until we fixed our power feed. They provided a knowledgeable estimate, and luckily had a couple guys who had some time at the last minute to perform the panel install which was lucky for us. Post inspection we found a gas line bond issue which they also came back and addressed promptly. Super professional all around. Quality service, punctual and good work. Will definitely be calling them next time we need any electrical work done.

The first time, they made a mistake. The meter was on the stairs, which the city said was no longer allowed. They came back and put it behind the stairs and patched up the hole from the old meter. They also had to patch the roof, from the pipe used to attach electrical wires. Once that was all completed, everything was just fine. They did a good job.

When I scheduled the work over the phone, they must have not understood what I wanted done since when the electrician showed up he said it would be an addition ~$200 than what I was told over the phone. That was annoying, but ok, since I expected it. The work was done fine, but a few days later I found damage to sheet rock (that shouldn't have been). Seatown Electric is sending someone to fix it, but it should have been damage that was avoided in the first place. Overall the work was fine, but the price was steep even for this town.

The work that was done at my home was OUTSTANDING and the men who did the job would be an asset to any company. Everything from the secretary at there office to the workers are to be highly commended for there work ethic and professional way they handle there business. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who may need ANY electrical work in there home or business. They really care about there customers and they make you feel like family. When the job was completed they cleaned up everything very well. Thank you for a job well done, and making my wife and I feel safe in our home again.

From the bid through to the arrival to do the work and the work itself, SeaTown Electric was both professional and courteous. I can't judge the actual electrical work but physical work all looks great and they left the garage clean.

Matt and team were on time professional and left our house in good condition each night. They were able to minimize the numbers of cuts by using the attic to run new wiring. Add on services (like a fan) were thoughtful and well executed.

Matt was a pleasure to work with -- he showed up right on time, and helped work through an issue that ended being pretty simple. The nice thing was that instead of just fixing the problem, Matt also helped educate me where my troubleshooting was a little off, and showed me the steps he went through to diagnose the issue. I have a bigger project coming up soon, and I expect I'll have Seatown (and hopefully Matt) out here again.

Blake worked hard the entire time - super flexible and even came back as I couldn't get the light fixture in the time for 1st appt. Super friendly and cleanrf up area after finish.
