I was very impressed. The two guys arrived right in the middle of the two-hour time window I had been given. They were polite, friendly, and professional. After introductions and my articulating the problem, they got to work diagnosing the problem, starting first at the circuit breaker box and then moving to checking outlets and switches. After about 20 minutes they ascertained that it was due to some wiring behind a switch that had gotten out of sorts. They were able to repair it on the spot. Afterwards, they cleaned everything up, we settled up, and they were on their way.

Not totally done yet but we are on the books to finish the Project! So far, so good!

While getting a quote for the work, the electrician indicated that the outlet for the washlet needed to be on the same line as the bathroom by code. I was not available to watch the work being performed, but afterwards, realized the electrician took the easy way out and pulled a much shorter line from behind the wall in the bedroom. I called Seatown to highlight the error and they ended up sending the same electrician to fix the problem. He moved the line from the bedroom to a dual light/vent switch in the bathroom. This seemed to work, and not knowing, I believed this was to code. Unfortunately, now whether I turn on the switch for the light or the vent, both the light and vent turn on simultaneously. I had different electrical work done by another company and questioned whether the washlet should have been on its own line or not. They indicated, since it was a heated seat washlet, it should have been. At this point, I'm concerned about having Seatown even come back to fix the problem as I have no faith that they know what they are doing.

David and Blandon arrived early, installed the lighting, covered an exterior fixture opening, and did a great job! They were professional and really clean.

very well. I had purchased a diagnostic period of time but he also did the tasks listed. If I had a replacement ceiling light (utility room) at the time, I'm sure he would have repaired/replaced it also.

He diagnosed the problem but since it is a 2 person job was not able to complete the work that day. He aso told us that we need a new breaker box and gave us an estimate for that. We were most impressed with the fact that he arrived on time and had left a message about 20 minutes prior to arrival letting us know he was on the way and when he would arrive. He seemed very professional. We had to pay the $249 fee that is charged for visits when the work is not done that day. We would have had it done, but since it's a two person job, we needed to pay the fee. We scheduled a return date and had to pay an additional 50% deposit for the work. We most likely will schedule the work to replace the breaker box which will be approximately $5,000.

Prompt and knowledgeable about their job .

The service and work was great - the installation was well done, and the company was easy to work with. However, the price was outragous - at pre tax total of $790 for 2.5 hours of work. I went ahead with it because they were already there and I needed the work done, but I won't be using them again.

Tyler and Kevin were very punctual, did all the job in less than an hour and left everything clean. Definitely would hire a service from them again.

Great. Very professional and punctual. Listened to needs/wants. Project finished in stated time frame. Clearly explained what was included and not included. They do the wiring not patch work if holes needed to made. Each day communicated what was completed and what the next day project would be. At the end Aaron did a walk through and explained what was done and explained the panel box. Great experience and will recommend to others.

Everyone I talked to was friendly & professional. I was quoted a $249 plus tax service call right up front & then depending on what they found the technician would let me know, before any work was done, any additional charges. Seatown sent a reminder email & a picture of the technician the day before. The day of Zack called about 30 minutes before the time window & asked if he & Ivan could arrive a little early. I was delighted as that way I didn't have to wait at all. Zack was thorough in trouble shooting & worked swiftly with Ivan to resolve all the issues to my satisfaction at no additional cost. He also honored their Angie's List senior discount. I was also glad to see Zack was training Ivan on knob & tube wiring. Then almost immediately after Zack & Ivan left, Lindsey called to follow up & make sure I was happy with their work & offer help if I had any questions or concerns.

The estimate and the completion of work were both completely with prompt and courteous attention. The techs who came to our home answered many questions (not all of which were related to the main job that needed to be completed). We will definitely call them again for future work.

SeaTown was excellent to work with from initial inquiry to scheduling to home estimate to actual work performed. Communication with the office, by phone or email, was prompt and detailed. The estimate was fair and the work performed by the electrician was top notch. We are very pleased with our experience with SeaTown and will definitely hire again should we have any other electrical needs.

SeaTown has some of the finest customer service I have ever experienced. They were able to fit us in their schedule quickly, followed up with reminder emails, called to say they were on their way, and arrived on time. Ryan completed a furnace servicing and Cody came to our new house to give us a bid for a furnace and air conditioner. Cody was very generous with his time and discussed our options in detail, definitely caring about what would work best for us. He also did an additional task for us though his work day was done. The price was excellent. There is no doubt that we will call SeaTown for all our future need, and will recommend them to friends.

Their bid was $1500 lower than competitor. on time. Had an issue that was attended to the next day without a hassle.

Seatown Electric was able to schedule a timely evaluation and estimate to address the above electrical problems before the PNW winter weather hit, was able to work with my family’s calendar to get the right scheduled appointment, and performed everything efficiently and cleanly. Seatown also reaspondedly really quickly to all of our follow-up questions. We will definitely look to them again for any electrical work we need on our home.
