They were on time, put booties on their shoes, and talked over the upgrades and repairs I wanted. I was then given a full list of everything we talked about, and the actual estimate was emailed to me a few days later.

The service performed by Brent and Malik was superior! They were very professional, on time and quickly completed.

After having several in-home estimates, I chose Seatown to do the work. Their estimate was several thousand dollars less than others. Other companies said the work would take two days and a wall would have to be removed since the space was tight. Ryan and Brian from Seatown arrived promptly at 8am, worked for exactly 4 hours and finished the job. They did not need to take out the wall. They carefully explained future servicing, programming the thermostat, how to change the filters and how often. I can't recommend Seatown and Ryan and Brian highly enough. I'll recommend this company to everyone.

I was not present but a family member was. Work was performed to satisfaction. The tech sold us an additional service which added to the pre-paid bill, but the additional service appeared to be fairly priced.

Cody was prompt with his quote and kept in contact with me constantly. Our project was able to start weeks ahead of schedule and was completed on time and on budget. Multiple crews worked on our home across a week and a half. Each individual was professional and was more than willing to spend time explaining each step of the process. They cleaned up each day leaving the house in almost better shape than when they started. They also worked with us around accommodating our animals. Cody was able to adjust and respond quickly to change requests we had during the project and we could not be happier with the result. Post install Cody has been great taking our calls for questions on the new system and helping us learn usage of the systems. He even walked me through an easy change to the tankless hot water heater spending a good hour on the phone with me. Overall Cody and the team at SeaTown electric heating and air have been wonderful to work with and have exceeded our expectations with our hvac and hot water tank replacement. We will be using them again for future projects.

Kevin and Steve were awesome. We had three different appointments due to a remodel. They were always early and worked hard. Super impressed how nice and professional they are and made sure everything was done right. I definitely recommend and would hire again.

Horrible. Estimate seemed to go fine. Got scheduled for the project to start, then the crap show began. We are roughly 3 weeks into a 3 day job because they can’t seem to get anything completed on a timely manner. Plus we were told that the estimator “forgot” to add things that were by law and it would cost even more money. When we tore down our previous kitchen old wires we’re cut, not their fault of course, but when we asked them to fix our front porch light and one outlet by the front door since we didn’t have power to the front half of our house they ended up cutting even more wires that we didn’t ask them to “due to code” but it’s going to cost us even more money for them to fix the things they cut wires to. There should have been a conversation before cutting more wires. Period. That’s called customer service. They’ve forgotten to put in outlets during the whole process so that our plumber could finish and install our hot water tank. Which in turn backed everything up multiple days. We now have to wait 2 more weeks “due to scheduling” for someone to be able to come out and finish the job. I honestly have no clue how these people stay in business besides the fact that it’s a scam and they over charge. There customer service is the worst I’ve dealt with during our whole remodel.

The project went well was started and completed on time. The crew was punctual, friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. The crew took the time to explain the system, answer questions about design and worked with me on the placement of some of the system components such as where wiring would be placed.

Fast, prompt, friendly, professional. Would recommend them to all who need electrical work done.

Great! City permit was expensive, but they were on time and very friendly and professional. Explained every detail of their work to me and why they were doing it. I like to learn so I ask a lot of questions and they didn't get annoyed :)

The Seatown Experience was great from start to finish! This was for a complete redo and replacement of the electrical system on a 1946 House that was basically all 'knob an tube'. From Bryan the person responsible for the bid estimate who was very professional, thorough and straight forward, to the Team of David (journeyman) and Steven (apprentice) that accomplished the work. These two electricians, under David's energetic leadership finished on time and did a very excellent job. David was amazing in his efforts to seek ways to accomplish the rewire with as little damage to walls and ceilings as possible. They really were engaging with the client (me) and explained all that was being done. Steve also appears to be an apprentice that has a great future given his hard work and drive. Occasionally, others would visit as well, like Zack, to check in on the progress. From this job Seatown and especially their terrific employees I met that represent it, have earned my business for any future electrical needs or now even HVAC options down the road. They found the issue fast; it required no repairs. Because I was paying a minimum service charge, I had them replace an outlet and some halogen lights above a bar. Service was fast and pleasant.

The Seatown electrician recommended that I have him install a full-house surge protector to stop the light bulbs from continuously burning-out. I followed his recommendation and he installed a full house surge protector. However, after he installed the full-house surge protector, the light bulbs continued to burn-out. I spoke with him about it and he said the problem was likely that I was using poor light bulbs. He said that I should use dimmable LED bulbs instead. I switched the light bulbs to dimmable LED bulbs and so far I've had no further bulbs burn-out. Why, then, did the electrician recommend installation of the full house surge protector when the cause of the light bulbs burning-out was my not using dimmable LED bulbs? Regarding the under-cabinet fixtures in my kitchen, the electrician said they had worn-out and couldn't be fixed. He said the fixtures needed to be replaced with new fixtures at a cost of about $3,000. I did some research at Lowe's and found that Lowe's has under-cabinet light fixtures for a substantially cheaper price than what the electrician had quoted me. I spoke with the electrician about it and asked whether he could install new under-cabinet light fixtures if I purchased them from Lowe's. He said he thought he could do that and would get back to me. So far, I have not heard from the electrician.

Went very well! Brandon was very punctual, professional, and courteous!!! I've never had any electrical work done before so the price seemed a bit high but all in all, it was well worth it! I'd definately recomend Seatown Electric and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

The estimator and the installer both arrived on time, and were friendly and professional. The price for the requested services was competitive with other bids we received. They performed the work in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction.

I installed a heat pump and two splits, with option to install two more. I was highly impressed by Seatown's service. Cody's recommendations about what system to install were invaluable. Ryan and his crew were professional, on time, efficient and did an outstanding job. And I love my new A/C! All of this quality comes at a price, but I think it is well worth paying. I highly recommend them and would most definitely continue to use them.

Installation of sconces and overhead light went very well. The ceiling fan ended up being a little wobbly (although not dangerous, but wobbly enough to make me nervous) so they came back out the next day to fix it. They were very responsive in coming back. Very pleasant and professional electricians.

Fantastic. Brandon and Anthony did great work, they showed up on time and they were professional and respectful, and I felt great about having them doing the work. They worked quickly and efficiently and got everything done well within the estimated time frame and for the agreed-upon price. I have worked with SeaTown before and they have been GREAT every single time.

They were knowledgable, had good customer service, and got things up to code, but were definitely expensive; the final price ended up being DOUBLE the original quote due to small modifications along the way. I wish that had all been discussed up front so I could have been better prepared for the extra thousands of dollars; they had me sign off on changes as we went but I didn't know the final cost until the end and was taken aback. Everything passed final inspection and works well, but they damaged the walls in places and left a lot of their long metal rods sticking out of the ceiling and floors in hard-to-reach places that I'm still finding one year later. For as much as we paid, I would have expected the finished product to be flawless, but I've had to call them back a few times to add an outlet cover or other little things they missed. The final city light inspection is an added cost that was never discussed; the extra $350 to the city felt like an insult after how much we paid to Seatown Electric for all the work.
