We bought a furnace tune-up deal. Overall it was a great experience. Tyler, the technician, was professional and friendly. He took time to answer all our questions and gave us some useful tips on how to keep our 30 year old furnace running a littler longer.

Seatown Electric did a great job and I will call them again when I have electrical repair or installation needs. They were very responsive - even on the weekend. They returned messages and calls promptly. They provided status updates of where my technician was by text message regularly. My technician, Taylor, was prompt, professional and helpful. Everyone that I spoke with at Seatown was equally professional and helpful.

Crew arrived on time and did excellent work.

Great. Two other companies had come out and basically put a bandaid on the issue. The wall outlet had stopped working. They other two companies only looked at that outlet as the issue. Seatown, looked at the three outlets that are connected. Seatown then found the 4th upsteam outlet that controlled the other 3. The issue was with the upstream outlet and not the outlets having the issues.

They did a great job on both projects. I appreciated the time and effort the Steve put into both projects. He had to come twice for one project because some else didn't write down the full instructions. Steve was very understanding and came back without a negative remark about anything. I have used Seatown before and will definitely use them again.

Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish! I used Angie's list to get estimates to install a natural gas line to our patio for grilling. Seatown responded very quickly and had me scheduled for a free estimate within days. Tyler came out and was very creative, courteous, and professional! He gave us the lowest price AND the best idea for the way to run the gas line. Accepting the proposal was easy- all online! I could say 50% down over the phone, so that was handy too! They were able to get us on their schedule within a matter of days! After accepting the proposal, we decided we wanted to add a "T" in case we want to have a fire pit someday, and Tyler was very accommodating in throwing that in! Jeffrey and Dustin arrived with a fully stocked truck that they expertly backed up the steep narrow driveway without hurting any vegetation. They were polite, wore shoe covers inside, and got right to work. The job turned out to be much more challenging and labor-intensive than originally thought, but these two handled it like the seasoned professionals they are! No negativity, no complaining, just ingenuity, hard work, and AWESOME results. They made lovely clean lines and connections that are inconspicuous both in the garage, and outside. They even did a make-shift patch of the drywall they had to cut to run the line outside! They sprayed the line outside with gray paint to help protect from rust and it matches our house so well! Jeffrey even crawled under our brand new low-to-the-ground deck to secure the pipe out of sight! They put in the "T" and ½" adapters for our appliance lines and a shutoff valve int he garage and outside at each appliance end. They cleaned up every single bit of mess leaving everything nice than they found it! I can't say enough great things about our experience with Seatown! I would HIGHLY recommend them and use them in the future without any hesitation!

We have recently completed whole house rewire/panel upgrade/meter relocation with Seatown electric. Matt came out to our house and explained entire process in detail. He spent as much time as needed to answer all of the questions and concerns we had. He was very friendly, knowledgable and professional. Also he gave us a quote before he left the house. First day on the job, Matt came with lead electrician Blake and another electrician. We went through the job plan to make sure everyone was on the same page. Blake was an awesome electrician. He was always on time, professional and took time to answer any questions we had during the job. His communication was excellent. He also gave us heads up text before he arrived every day which we appreciated. Job was completed as promised (5 days) with very minimal damage. Blake and his assistant were able to rewire our house without any big holes or cutouts on our first floor. Overall, experience with Seatown was great and we would be happy to hire them for any future projects.

Everyone I came in contact with was a delight to work with, from Ryan H., to Tyler, to the 2 service installers Dustin & Riley, to their supervisor Ryan & the receptionists! I highly recommend, as the work was done professionally & efficiently by courteous, motivated, happy employees and at the price quoted. This experience was a breath of fresh air after the 12 year nightmare with my old unit (a different company) that they replaced for me. I anticipate lower electric Bill's also, as the new unit operates effortlessly & much quieter compared to the old. I don't mind the price as much for the quality of product and service. Tyler and Ant did a great job. Took time to explain things to me and answered my numerous questions. They also cleaned up and didn’t leave a mess. Great customer service!! Colby, the estimator, also provided great service / making recommendations and provided the estimate on site and scheduled the appointment. They were very responsive and completed the work within one week of my estimate. Very professional!!!

Davis with Seatown was my contact during the whole installation process. He was most professional and responsive to any questions that came up. The install itself covered two days, both crews (electrical and mechanical) did excellent work and kept me informed as the work progressed. All in all a great experience and happy to have AC up and running before the weather gets hot.

Team was prompt and through. I have a lot of confidence in them and will continue using them for my electrical needs.

After spending months trying out various electricians, who would either not call us back or refuse to do the work (why is adding another GFI outlet in the bathroom such a thing?), SeaTown not only got back to me the next day to schedule, they came out on time, with text messages introducing the electrician so I knew who to expect. Brandon showed up on time and was very professional. He listened to what we wanted, had a respectful back-and-forth on options and left us with an accurate quote. Needless to say, we've scheduled a time with them for the work to be done.
