Technician was excellent but interaction to finalize schedule and get a time assigned for the appt were more complicated than I had expected. Happy with quality of work though which is the most important thing! All work and tech are an A, logistics around appt were B to C.

Went well. Lined them up to be correct. and inquired if wanted light fixture up or down. Very quick and professional.

Everyone from Seatown has been amazing. Their customer service is much better than the other companies I've worked with on my new house. Shout out to Thomas and Owen for the quick and professional work. And to Justuce for answering all of my questions and providing me honest information about maintenance work.

Perfect! Scheduling was easy, the crew was on time and quick to finish the work. Everything went smoothly.

Justuse was a pro. Walked me thru everything he was going to do and then showed me the results. Was also very respectful of the household with a mask, booties and disinfectant wipes. Will definitely be using Seatown again and hopefully Justuse will be our tech!

Working with Seatown was great. We never had trouble communicating with their office. Thomas, who did the work for us, was polite, friendly, professional, and did excellent work.

I believe the amount they charged to simply install a garbage disposal was outrageous. They charged me $543.18!

They quoted me $1,500 to replace a few light fixtures in our home. They told me this price includes materials as overhead and their profit is only 10%. However I have all the materials for them to use. We were grossly over priced and felt deceived during the pre screening call.

Project went very smoothly. They finished within the contracted time. Blake, the technician, kept me in the loop about all aspects of the project. Daily crew was professional and curtious. When project was finished, Blake gave me a very thorough walk thru of the project. I am very please with their service.

I wish I could give an A+ rating. This is the 3rd time we have used Seatown and we have always had excellent service. We just had new outlets, etc. put in last week and Steven and Kurt came in and did it all in one day with a great attitude, cleanup afterwards, and no issues. Thanks guys! We are converting an upstairs bedroom to a laundry room. Jacob was very polite and professional. Very thoughtful - from letting us know his arrival time, masking up, wearing protective shoe booties in our house, keeping the dust contained in the bedroom by conscientiously keeping the door closed, to giving us advance notice of when water was to be shut off. The plumbing work looks clean, neat, professional. Did a good job of cleaning up, too. Pic shows new PEX hot and cold water supply, black drain pipe and a Studor vent.

We have been living with a 60amp service and Knob and Tube wiring for 37 years. We called Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air,to upgrade our service to200 amps and to replace our Knob and Tube wiring. They promptly sent Matt R, Journeyman Electrician, out to give us an estimate. He was very professional and we walked through the house room by room as he explained what needed to be done to meet code, and asked us what new outlets or features we might want to add in each room. We went from attic to crawl space. Then he sat down with us and walked us through what might have to be done to complete the Job. At which point he ended by giving us a firm estimate of cost and what we would need to do to prepare the house. We made the decision to have them do the work and they put us on the schedule. On the scheduled date Thomas F, and Thomas L arrived along with Matt R. They walked us through the project and told us they had been allotted 5 days to complete the project; on our two story house. They stayed on schedule and actually didn't need a complete day on the fifth day. Thomas F and Thomas L worked tirelessly each day and cleaned up after themselves before leaving each day all this during high 80's temperatures during the day. They took time from their work to answer any and all of our questions as they worked, and at the end of the day showed us what they had completed. All of their work was done with meticulous care given to quality, and journeyman standards to meet and exceed code. I would recommend these two electricians for any electrical project and especially those that may be on the more complicated level. They did our entire house including the installation of a new mast and meter base along with the knew 200 amp breaker box. Thank you Thomas F and Thomas L! Complicating their work was our little granddaughter. She was with us during the whole project and they took extra care to assure her safety and well being. Thomas F even brought her a toy Dinosaur which immediately became her favorite toy. If that were not enough he found out it was my birthday and brought me gift of his personally crafted art work as a present. What a great company and Great People. In this case the aphorism “you get what you pay for” is true. Seatown is worth every dollar.

I called Seatown Electric in the morning and Tyler and Tyler (Yes, 2 Tylers!) came to our home that same afternoon. Tyler explained exactly what they were going to do and answered all questions that we had. Both Tylers were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. They left with all work efficiently completed. This was a very positive experience. I would recommend Seatown to anyone!

I am not one to hold a business accountable for understandable mistakes or communications. But I do hold them accountable for high-handed, atrocious business practices. Hence this note. I hired this company in May 2020. The “diagnostic fee” of $289 was waived. I spent over $5000 for two separate projects: (1) replacement of the electrical panel and (2) finding and fixing a problem that, it turns out, had been created by a previous contractor. On this last problem, Steve (who bid my job) was particularly helpful. However, in the last few weeks we have noticed an electrical burn smell in the kitchen, the area involving project (2), where this company ran a new circuit under the kitchen. I called the company to ask for advice and a look-see. I have been told that in order for a technician to take a look, I will be charged the $289 “diagnostic fee,” which will be waived only if the electrical burning problem is connected to their work in May. I explained that there are three reasons to waive the fee. first, because it was previously waived; second, because the current problem may (or may not) be connected with the company’s previous work; and third, most importantly, I have already spent over $5000 with this company in the past three months. However, the company says it will not waive the fee unless the problem stems from their work. They can now take me off of their customer list, for failure to take care of a good paying customer and take responsibility for what could be their problem. Their attitude stinks and I will no longer do business with this company and would suggest you do the same. They don’t have a clue about good will nor about taking responsibility to follow-up on previous work.

Turns out there was water damage behind a wall, which had caused the circuit to short. The electrician advised that I get a water damage company to tear down that wall and fix the cause of the leak. Then his company would come back to replace the wiring. He also noticed that my outlets and switches were not up to code, and gave me an estimate to replace those. He went ahead and fixed one switch for me as part of the diagnostic and troubleshooting visit (which was about $315 with tax).

I hired Seatown to replace an old furnace and install A/C in an older home. The price was 20% above over bids; however, I chose Seatown based on their reputation and the recommendation of a friend. The sales process was smooth, the technician and I discussed various options and came to an agreement. A week later, installers came to the home promptly at 7:30 and began their work. Two techs spent nearly 14 hours at my home. Unfortunately, the end result was less than satisfactory. Ductwork was left with unacceptable gaps (1+ inch!), the lines they ran through the basement are loose, all over the place, and clearly were not planned prior, and the work overall is clearly rushed (as confirmed by another technician from a third party). Only at my urging did the techs test the furnace before leaving (who installs a system without testing it?)! To top it off, when looking over the system at the end, I noticed no filter was installed. When asked, the tech stated they were never given one, and that I would have to provide one myself. Many thousands of dollars spent and they could not provide a ten dollar filter. Other services as listed in the bid were either never completed or submitted, including a manual J heat loss calculation, full system walkthrough, or a field supervisor the day-of. Their reputation for electrical is well reviewed, but I would reconsider using them for any HVAC work and consider an installer with more care and craftsmanship.

The work was punctual and the quality is excellent. However Seatown was the most expensive bid I received and I expected a slightly higher level of service for the price premium. The technicians put drop cloths down and cleaned up 95% of the mess very well. However, they left some (large) packaging behind and didn't move all my furniture back to where it was. Technicians also did not wear masks inside my home which is the only reason I'd think twice about hiring them again.

They did a professional job and the technician was very knowledgeable. This company also has great customer service.

Came in time and did a great job within an affordable price. What a great guy!

Seatown is great and so was our electrician, Taylor. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. We were quite happy with the service from the home office and Taylor after our initial appointment, so we decided to sign up for their annual maintenance program. All around happy customers here!

The receptionist Lisa set the tone, very nice, professional and got me scheduled right away. No bad attitude when I had to reschedule, just did it with a smile in her voice. I give her an A+ for her customer service. Taylor called before arriving and came on time. He was very professional, with great customer service. He put on shoe coverings, wore a mask and went over my list of concerns and fixed everything in a timely manner. He answered all of my questions. I will definitely call on Seatown again and will definitely request Taylor. I give him an A+ for quality work and great customer service. Sandra
