The work performed by Bradley Molsalsky, Electrical Technician was wonderful. He was thorough and explained the work he was doing and gave an overview of what he planned to do before he started. He kept me informed each step of the way how things were going with the inspections and where he was in the process of the job. He also helped me answer questions about some of the other parts of the job that were scheduled for different times.

Arrived on time and did an excellent job of answering my questions on the best placement and power compacity of the charger. Would definitely hire again.

From scheduling to paying, Seatown was a pleasure to work with. The techs were pleasant, thorough, and answered all of my questions knowledgeably.

It went very smoothly. Seemed like a straightforward routine job. It took about 2 hours to remove and replace my 50-gal water heater. The company was very proactive with communication. It seemed a bit steep at ~3k but I didn’t shop around so I can’t say for sure.

Lead plumber Mitchell, did great service with even better follow up. As with a lot of services, it comes down to the actual person with which you interact. Mitchell handled a drywall repair issue related to the installation by taking personal responsibility and action to cover the cost himself. Seatown plumbing manager initially said they were not covering the repair, but after speaking with Mitchell this morning confirmed that Seatown will reimburse him for the cost of repair. Mitchell exhibited a high level of competency in his work, and an equally high level of character.

Great! Aaron did a great job helping figure out how to get a new 60 amp line run in the backyard Austin and Owen did a perfect job with the new electrical panel, running the new line, and upgrading the grounding. Everything was coordinated and done right on time. They explained the new system and all the work they did. They also went above and beyond to workaround an issue with the number of outlets we needed (extra time working outside in the rain in January!)

They answered all my questions, came when they said they would. We are happy with the work they did. They are great!

Amazing. Brennan quoted us $1200, saying we needed to replace all pipes. Seatown did it for the diagnostic fee of $75 by tightening some areas. Long story, but Seatown was HONEST and one of the few companies that came same-day as they told us we were an “emergency” due to the gas leak, so I appreciated that, too. I asked Andrew to leave his card with me and will definitely call them again.

Great job by Seatown to add two new electrical circuits in my garage. Micah, the Seatown technician was friendly, highly professional and clearly competent. Micah discussed my objectives for the improvements and the advised me on the options and installation apporach. He provided an estimate on the spot and after some discussion we settled on price and the work was scheduled. Seatown kept me informed and work was accomplished on schedule. I am very pleased with the work! Seatown handled all the permitting and scheduled the inspection with the City. Great job!

They uncovered potential hazards and fixed

Micah was very professional and experts at his work. He efficiently troubleshoot the issue and fixed the problem. We’ll not hesitate to hire SeaTown when we need expert electricians the next time.

I was really appreciative that Seatown Services was willing and able to fit me in so fast. I didn't love the 50 dollar fee to give me an estimate on the work as contractors I've worked with in the past normally do an estimate for free and then you can choose to commit to the work (the 50 dollars is credited should you choose to have them do the work). I also found the work to be more expensive than I had anticipated (nearly doubly so). That being said, they were upfront about everything and I really can't fault any of the work. I would definitely go through them again but if I was looking to save money I might go for some less expensive bids first.

We had a great experience with Seatown. Our electrician Micah was extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive. He was able to explain in layman's terms what we needed to have done and the most efficient and safe way to do the project. Both the estimate process and scheduling were very easy and user-friendly. I would highly recommend Seatown and would definitely hire them again.

9000.00 was extremely expensive for a new electrical panel. They did come out right away. We did ask them not to go through our metal roof which they did anyway and we are still waiting for them to replace the roofing panel and also waiting for the Sheet rock work to be done above and below the panel they installed which they said they would have completed. There are two gaping taped over areas on the top and bottom of the panel. Work was done a month ago and we are still waiting on these fixes. The panel work was good but they did have to come back a couple weeks after the job was done to put the names on the breakers so we would know what turned off what. The workers were friendly but due to the excessive cost-I’ll hire from somewhere else. The office staff was helpful

He did a great job. The electricity was out in one corner of the house. The first electric company I called came but couldn't figure it out, but the Seatown guy found and fixed the problem. Also gave me useful information about what was going on. All that I could ask for!

Bottom line - I am happy with our three-head ductless Mitsubishi heat pump installation. It now functions properly and looks good inside and out. Controllers work well. Units are super quiet. Price was mid-range so reasonable. But…it was not a smooth road to get to this outcome. Started off well with a quick response to do a site visit and prepare an estimate. The tech was knowledgeable and provided accurate information (I had consulted with a home energy consultant and did online research). It took some work on my part to get a correct final bid that included the proper rebates – I had to correct their first one because it was for two heads rather than three and then get the rebate deducted. Scheduling the installation was easy and prompt and was done in 1.5 days. The two person team had good judgement about where to put the external conduits and locate the heat pump. BUT – they installed the refrigerant lines incorrectly (crossed the connections to the pump) so the heads iced up and then leaked water. They came back a few days later to fix the problem and now the heads work fine. But they did not properly reinstall the sheathing around the lines, which City inspector noted. So they had to come out again to fix this. They have a great zero percent financing deal with Synchrony bank but could not answer questions about how it worked, the terms, etc. Took a fair bit of time to sort this out with the bank, but seems to be set up now. I asked three times to get copy of warranty and registration of equipment with Mitsubishi for my records but never did receive this.

The job was quite expensive but the technician did everything they said they were going to and did it well. They left things clean, were professional throughout and I would select that technician over others for future work.

Service tech was excellent. Difficult diagnosis; a very rare break in electrical current between the air handling unit, heat pump and thermostat. Very knowledgeable good at troubleshooting. Polite, friendly, explained everything very well. Standard service charge call plus tax for two hour visit, included standard annual maintenance at no charge. Less expensive than anticipated.

Awesome job and service from Seatown. I called Seatown after looking at the reviews online. My main breaker had tripped several times over the course of a month, very concerning since I knew my 82 year old house had knob and tube wiring. For the initial assessment, Craigan W. came out and explained that my house only had 100 amps coming in. I really had no idea what that meant and Craigan took the time to tell me about the amp usage for the major appliances. Apparently, using the washer, dryer, oven and dishwasher at the same time was taxing my system to the limit. Craigan went through the house, noting items that were not up to code and reviewing my options with me. He was very thorough and professional. Although it was very expensive, I decided to have the whole house rewired along with updating the breaker box/increasing the amps to 200. The next step was the installation. The installation team consisted primarily of Kurt Hodge and Tyler. On the first day, they walked through the house and garage and explained how the work would proceed. Kurt and Tyler were a great team. They work so well together and worked solidly every day. There was no downtime for them - they were working hard every day. Each evening they would clean up, pack up the trash and vacuum up what they could. They would review with me what they did that day, and what they were going to work on the next day. The job was scheduled for 9 days but they completed it a day ahead of time. Part of this might have been the extra help they had a few of the days from another Tyler and someone else whose name I don't remember. All of them were great, very friendly, patiently answered all of my questions throughout the process, and always wore masks. I would highly recommend the whole team, especially Kurt and Tyler. Also, a shout out to the office staff. I spoke with a number of different people at the office and was so impressed with how friendly they were. Kudos.

Our daughter flushed apple slices down the toilet and we explained the reason for the call we told they would come out today but there was a $289 service call to have them come out. Andrew was early, wore a mask and fixed the issue in literally 10 minutes. The issue I have is paying $289 for a service call plus $139 for them to snake the toilet. I had a $50 off coupon from previous work so my total was $403. I’m sorry but the hourly rate is insane for the work that was completed.
