Description of Work: Seatown was excellent. Called before they arrived...arrived ON TIME ! Diagnosed the problem and gave me several solutions. Tech was courteous and knowlegeable. Had a follow-up call later that day to make sure I was happy with the service AND a thank you card a week later ! So far the fix worked. Happy to recommend them- they had AWESOME customer service !

Description of Work: I really am disappointed to report this after having a GREAT experience with them. The tech came out per deal on Angie's List and he was fantastic! I asked him to bid the rest of the house (replacing switches, converting almond to white switches, gfis etc). Unfortunately he never responded after that first visit- I still gave them benefit of the doubt and called the office (maybe he forgot) and the office contact told me she would get the info and call me back. Unfortunately that did not happen either.

Description of Work: I delayed my install until I got my generator. Seatown was very helpful and walked me through the startup and how to operate it. Once the appointment was setup, they were on time. They got the job done in alittle over an hour, very prompt and polite. I plan on using Seatown in the future.
