Description of Work: Installed a new light in our living room. It wasn't easy, the wire had to be fished through some awkward, narrow slots. It went well except that the color of the switch did not match the plate. When I told them this, they apologized and got the right colored switch and came back a couple of days later to replace it at no charge. I've had SeaTown at our house twice now and have enjoyed working with them. I have some more work in mind for them. I found them to be very responsive. I felt they wanted me to be happy with the work and I also think they are quite competent. It's nice to have someone who specializes in residential (We have an old house and sometimes that makes things a bit more complicated. It seems like some electricians are much more comfortable working on newer construction --- these guys have a wider comfort range.)

Description of Work: They didn't do anything except give me a quote for a new control panel. The $150.00 I paid would go toward the cost of $2600, but I didn't get anything for my money. I should be refunded as I'm not going to get a new control panel. This should have been obvious to them when they scheduled the appointment.

Description of Work: I had a bunch of electrical issues, that required a professional trouble-shooter to fix the problems. Trouble-shooting was listed as a specialty for SeaTown. Aaron did a great job tackling the front porch light, the back deck lights, hooking up a new Inst-Hot, plus hooking up the Tankless Hot water heater which was never completed by a previous electrician.
