Description of Work: They installed a new electrical panel and meter, and when they turned it on, a fire started in the water heater. They said it was not their responsibility, but "fixed it" and said it would probably not cause any future problems. The the job did not pass the electrical inspection by the city, and when I called them, they said it would cost me again to fix it for the inspection to pass. I told them that was unacceptable, and they should fix it correctly for the amount of the job, which I had paid them. When I told them I would probably need to notify the State, the owner came out the same day and fixed it for no additional cost.
