This wasn't the least expensive quote I got for electrical work, but they were the most responsive (within a day of submitting online), gave the most detailed quote (some of the other companies didn't even bother coming to look at the house/job - they just wanted me to take a million photos and spend hours measuring, etc.), and most professional - both during the quote and actual work. We had a 220amp outlet installed in our garage for our Tesla charger, and a dedicated 20amp outlet installed in our lower level "in-law" for a fridge and microwave. The two electricians who did the work were professional, friendly, efficient, and respectful of the house (and making sure our gaggle of cats and big dog didn't get outside). I would definitely recommend them and use them again in a second for future work.

They were really professional & responsive, with great customer service. We needed someone quickly for a small job & they responded so we hired them (most electricians we called wouldn't even come out or respond for a small job). They were pricier than others but for a quick & efficient job they were great. Also, there was an issue with the addition of some switches & they came right out to fix it within a day, so I'd highly recommend their customer service.

Technicians are professional, their work is clean and clearly installed. And they clean the area after the work. I will use this company again, and do recommend them.

I know nothing about the technical side of electricity, so I had to trust SeaTown knew what they were doing. Hiring any service people these days is difficult so I turned to Home Advisor, trusting that they, too, knew the businesses they recommend. Neither let me down. SeaTown (Tyler was my tech) was on time, did an excellent job of cleaning up , and explained things and even took pictures along the way. I didn't have other bids for the work done, but I don't feel as though I was ripped off with work that didn't need to be done, and that I got the service I paid for.

They were the only company I dealt with , that had a very quick response time . Was able to give me a quote and a service date the same day. Everything, quote and scheduing was done electronically. Did not have to wait a week for a quote in e-mail. these people had there act TOGETHER right down to the schedule GREAT JOB ON ALL FRONTS.. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN !

Everything was great. The customer service from the front office as well as the technicians Taylor and Tyler. I like to watch and ask questions and they didn't seem annoyed! Haha. Every appointment they were right on time. Great work as well!

These guys were awesome. Cody quoted me exactly what I wanted. Seth and Ryan showed up promptly at 8am and had everything done, installed, tested and set before noon. They kept everything clean and even vacuumed up after themselves! I've already recommended to my neighbor who is looking for an AC system. Super great team to work with!

SeaTown Electric charged me over twice as much as the average cost. The only thing I needed done was to install a ceiling fan in a bedroom. I provided all the hardware and the ceiling fan. I felt that the price was exorbitant for the work that was done. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Very honest person...something I have not seen in many contractors. Most are out for you money and to do more than is needed. I really appreciate the honesty!

We had a great experience. Brandon discussed options with us including financing and an Air Scrubber to help clean the air in our home. Install was easy. The workers were courteous and completed the job in 2 days. They walked through our new thermostat with us. We chose a heat pump and new gas furnace as back up. We are very pleased with the purchase. The house is comfortable now with the heat. And the air scrubber has helped relieve my husband's allergies.

Electricians Taylor and Bradley arrived on time, and had already been fully briefed on what I wanted done, so they were ready to start immediately. I had exterior lighting and three exterior outlets added to my home, and I am extremely happy with what they did, and how cleanly and quickly they were done. My husband came downstairs and inspected what they had done, and was very happy with how neatly the wiring was done, and he can be really picky about things like that. A big plus to me was the neat professional uniforms, their clean-cut look, and the American flag on the sleeve was even a bonus to me! Thank you Taylor and Bradley!! They were very patient , and explained everything when I had questions. Overall I am VERY happy with this company, and will use them again when needed!

They were terribly expensive. Do all electritions charge this much? $600+ for less than an hour of labor?

So far we have only done the estimate but I am impressed with Aaron's professionalism and candor. Looking forward to the rest of the project!
