So they were professional from beginning to end. We had no issues with anything. They were on time and where right on with their timing that they had given us. They only issue I had was paying for 450 for the city to come inspect it and they really didn't do anything.

I am very pleased with the work that Seatown did for us. You never know what you can expect until you have that first contact with the person who will be doing your work. Taylor was personable, very knowledgeable and set to work right away. He wasted no time, took great care to minimize his impact in our home and completed quickly with first rate results. what a great experience. Very professional from day 1. The guy that gave me a quote to the person on the phone to Philip and Chris who did the work all very knowledgable and friendly. The person on the phone even found a mistake in my favor and saved me money. I really wanted to rate you 5 stars instead of 4 but couldn't because of the 2 inch hole in the floor board on top of the electrical panel that could easily be covered up with an electrical proof plastic boarder. I will call again if i need more electrical work done and will definitely tell my friend's. Thank you all for such a great job!!!

We worked with SeaTown to do a rewire of our home. They replaced the knob and tube wiring, box, outlets, some lights, switches throughout the entire house and in the garage. They also ran networking cable between 3 different rooms in the house. They were prompt with sending someone out to give us an estimate. We were already aware that they are not the cheapest company, but that they have a great reputation for quality of service. The estimator gave us a candid evaluation of the wiring in our house and let us know that once they do a certain amount of work, they might as well consider it a full rewire. This was helpful because we quickly got to specifying all the things we would love to have done if we are already going to get this much work done. While we had a number in mind for the rewire, the estimate was more expensive. They tried to get creative with us and gave us some options, but in the end we decided to go with everything we discussed. Once the work began, they were like a well-oiled machine. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job on time. I was especially impressed with Blake, who led the job like a true pro. He was responsive when we would call, completely open to talking at any time to discuss progress and updates to the plan. The work they did is fantastic. I would recommend them for anyone doing a full house rewire. I would also recommend considering that a project like this will likely require a decent amount of drywall repair. Blake gave us a great recommendation to get the repair work done, which was an additional cost but much better than replacing entire sections of drywall. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I would have have liked to have known about some issues with our house before the work began. Up until the end, there were more things being revealed and we simply ran out of money. The job is done and it is done well, but I think a more thorough pre-work inspection would have helped to keep us to a firm budget.

They are willing to repair the service items in our Furnace as opposed to "Upselling" us to a new furnace. Tech was great and gave us some shorcuts in operating our Thermostat. This is the company we will call for all our service needs on our furnace!

The staff at the other side of the phone where friendly, the estimator that came in the house was friendly and listen to what I want to do in my house. The electricians where professional but they didn't quite do all the wiring I want it to have done. They keep me inform of what time they where going to be in the house. Overall I am happy with the work perform in my house but it could it be better.

Cody was friendly and extremely helpful. He helped me understand our new thermostat and furnace. We also dicussed ways to improve my heating system. I am big on customer service and will pay extra for services that provide exceptional customer service. I am planning on hiring them again. They also do electrical work.

I give SeaTown Electric Heating and Air my highest recommendation. Our technician David, arrived on time and was super helpful. This company doesn't try to sell you something you don't need, but are fully focused on the problem and customer service. I learned a lot from David about the American Standard System we have, so I can better properly spot problems to take care of, and when to call for service. SeaTown is now a go-to company for our home, rentals, and recommendations to family and friends.
